Customizable Reports
The ability to custom reports more like a query builder, using field labels. This gives the ability to create a report as needed for OUR business model. Not canned ones. Although they are nice :) The ability to find all customers by tech assigned, or all customers with no tech assigned and their associated open tickets or the devices not online, etc. When you have 500 customers with 3- 30 devices each its challenging. . Currently we have to run a report that is TOO much ( all devices per customer) or not enough ( separate report per device) and then we still are unsure which tech is responsible. There is no way I can see to pull up all customers by Assign Tech. which is a pretty basic request. The technicians report would be a great place for this.
Thanks to you, Atera is better today than it was yesterday! The feature you requested has been implemented and released!

Granular reporting is very critical these days because of the rise in audits and cyber security reporting is now in high demand.
Reporting type Atera much have:
1. Regular
2. Executive Summary
3. Asset Summary
4. Patch Compliance

The ability to drill into the reports is critical. For example, on the SLA report, if I need to see which tickets breached SLA, I'm unable to. This makes it hard for technicians to be accountable and it also makes it hard to inform customers on why there were SLA breaches.

What I miss most is the possibility to create a complete report via PDF with all desired functions at certain time intervals. A large "martial artist" competitor has an extremely good report function. You get all the information you want in a PDF that you can email or send to the customer. With Atera you can only create individual functions in a single report and the e-mail directs you to the page. Maybe you should really try a little harder here.

This feature will be the determining factor of me staying with Atera. The ability to report across all customers as well as segregate down to the folder level is a vital need. A 'systems' report to include all of the components of the systems in the Atera instance, not just the systems being monitored.

Basic System info report would be muchly appreciated, things like BIOS versions are available in the audit report, but then when I go to export it, useful things like "BIOS version" aren't exported while useless things like "System Drive" are exported...wtf.

If possible, could we include the customer number as an option for generating reports? Helps with sorting reports by client, instead of the clients text name.

Also add in automation patch management profiles into custom reporting. A list of all agents and what automation profiles are attached.

There should also be the ability to add the custom fields that are created to reports and possibly the ability to sort by those fields.
