   It would be VERY helpful on the ticket page/dashboard when seeing tickets if time has been taken against a ticket. Maybe just a Green clock icon next to the Tech name if time is taken and red if no time. If that linked to the time entries screen for the ticket it would be great. This is pretty common feature to encourage time accountability .

   So correct. 500 customers, 4 Engineers, Each engineer has needs per client assigned to them. Making a dashboard customizable would be great

    AGREED!
    When using the event viewer please add the filter option like in windows. It is a useless tool to scroll through 45000 INFORMATION alerts. Without this most common practice of event viewer, one has to connect to the device.
    The best part of an RMM is to accomplish as much work without disrupting the end user. Event Log is a great resource but we all know its bloated. We only care about warnings and errors or critical. PLEASE this is easy to do.
