Free Dashboard Account
Add the ability to login to a dashboard account for media walls in offices etc so the whole room can view the core dashboard data continuously.
It's V expensive to pay for an account in full for this option when all we need is the dashboard showing on a big screen for visibility.

Any update on implementing this?

Having come from N-Able where this feature was a free service, I am surprised, that in a competitive market place, this feature is not available.
55" Smart TV sitting on the wall just displaying a log at the moment.
Please get a wriggle on and get something released.

Ben, why don't you share your solution here? Even just the steps to connect the Atera API to PowerBI would help a lot!

Doesn't Atera have an API that allows us to retrieve the dashboard and place it on a HTML site OR a view only account?
I agree In our Office we currently have display walls (using another platform) that show all our tickets, our SLA and critical issues on Display walls so that we can quickly attend when something is important or reaching its SLA time frame. This is super Important because not all the time is a technician sitting in front of a computer waiting for some one to call or email. We might be in a meeting and then see the large screen update and then need to excuse our self from the meeting to attend a critical ticket for a very important customer.
It would be hard moving away from something that we already have to Atera that don't have this as an option?
Display walls are very important. -

We also accomplished this using the API.

Upvoting as other solutions offer this service with no additional costs. Is often requested by MSPs.

This is extremely critical to us as at the moment all we can do is view the dashboard for each user and our wallboard has the calls but no Atera. Also would be nice to have the auto refresh status board like connectwise has.

Jack, one of my tech's has built a wallboard for Atera using the API and Microsoft Power BI. Feel free to give us a bell on 0113 320 6464, maybe we can help.

Adding my name to this - would love to be able to set up a custom dashboard that's usable without logging in.

Hello Product Team. This has been under review for over a year now. Could we please get this implemented sooner rather than later?
We have a growing NOC and need a centralized point for people to view if Atera is not in focus on a "local" screen for the user.
Customisable (preferably Dark Mode) without the need for a technician licence (as no tech will be using it). -

There seems to be a few feature requests with the same question ask for the ability to just view the dashboard without having to buy a license. does that not waterdown the importance numbers, can Atera not review and combined these feature requests?

Very similar to what Pulseway do with their downloadable dashboard. would be good to see

The customization in the current dashboard wold be great to inherit for this feature. It would be great to be able to customize the dashboard logged in. Then paste the URL to the wall screen.

Currently, we have our IT office hosting a few TVs showing uptime reports and such. Having an option to create a link to the Atera dashboard without sign-in (without write access of course) would be a great idea for a quick glance to see if any devices are down.
