I'll start off positive and say that this is a good start, but that's as positive as can be. Locking the ability to create a custom report (outside presets) behind the highest paywall is pretty nefarious. The basic systems we're trying to migrate away from allow very detailed SQL driven queries (report builder), so we're stuck keeping this inventory platform whilst Atera catches up, but this doesn't look promising.

Another thing that is sorely lacking is the ability to get a report of a single device. The information displayed when viewing the agent device is too basic to work with. We should be able to drill into an agent and view the particulars of it without having to generate a report (Growth=entire site export).

Keep trying and get rid of that paywall. Reporting is a basic function, please treat as such.

It is very simple, the platform already has all the information in the inventory and only available in a report with selection options, leaving it very dynamic, I could not approve the product due to this problem.

This will also support identifying unauthorized and unmanaged assets to remove or remediate.

Having the ability to manually enter a non-scannable hardware device such as a locally attached printer, scanner, etc for inventory purposes would be beneficial.

Would be very appreciated to be able to generate / schedule (like twice a year) some comprehensible hardware report.. No need for detailed view like Auditor does, but basic hardware info and utilisation in .. like a table with hilighted warnings. Generally to see if some HW is getting obsolete and client should be recommended a replacement.

Yes, please. This would be a really useful report for us.

Even just being able to run the 'Auditor Report' across multiple/all customers at once would make my life a bit easier and should surely but quick simple to implement.
