An error occurred while saving the comment SkyNet Admin commentedDon't want to shape this request to something else, but I totaly agree and basicly it would be nice to have same options available for 'Folder' view as in 'All' view, if they could be somehow merged??
Also after acquiring a company network and distributing Atera agent with GPO usualy tens to hundreds new computers appear in short interval and sorting them to folders is pain in the ass. It's nice I can display unassigned clients, but then I have to do them one by one or find them on multipage list of all..

Can recommend Dark Reader browser plugin until this is solved, can convert Atera interface pretty well..An error occurred while saving the comment SkyNet Admin commentedAs a temporary solution I can recommend Chrome extension 'Dark reader', which can handle most bright pages better than any else and works quite fine with Atera desktop interface..

All alerts go to generic mailbox, but we'd like to create more alerting templates based on customers for example: we have technicians responsible for different customers, so they should get the mails. All other described features would be welcome too..

An error occurred while saving the comment SkyNet Admin commentedBeing able to manualy select currency.. We're from Czech republic and all our contracts are priced in CZK. System forces me to use Euro, no option to change, function is completely useles unfortunately.
Huge step back.. collapsing menus make me look everything up for ages, I'm unable to edit anything when clicking on specific computer/agent (relations, name, ..), sloooooooooooooow interface..
When I need to adjust relations, I could search agent, click and edit.
Now I have to scroll through whole customer's list of devices, as that's only place where you can do that. And how the hell do I rename it?? It's MUCH worse.
Maybe you could consult this with people who are actualy using your product, not just pat your shoulders on a meeting :/
