Improved Customized Dashboard
Updating the dashboard to be fully customizable and tailored to individual preferences.

Have the vision to see the status of the ticket and change it/customise it. eg, New, In progress, Waiting on Client, Waiting on 3rd Party, Closed. Rather than having the defaults in place.

To be able to select the "Details" column under Devices and have it sort alphabetically.

for exemple, be able to display 20, 50,100 or all devices on the same page by customer.
I would like to have a Business customer and Consumer customer offering. Organizing into groups that could be viewed individually would help in separating the different functional groups.

So correct. 500 customers, 4 Engineers, Each engineer has needs per client assigned to them. Making a dashboard customizable would be great

Global keyboard shortcuts for next/previous, assign to me, etc. Cut down on the need for menu navigation and save time.

Tickets queue needs a compact view there is alot of white space and few columns with title for quick sorts. Same for agents more columns for quick sorts would be appricated

I would like the ability to do things like remove the Billing option from the left hand menu since we do not utilize it.
