    While it's on my mind it would also be helpful to have the same functions for the Patch Management and IT Automation as well mass changes to multiple Profiles at once. Then you can manually tweak each customer as needed. Just a thought.

    Also along the lines of threshold and Alerts, it would also be nice to remove the check/alert from a single machine like you have snooze maybe possible another button that suppress alert, or have an option in the snooze section to suppress then have it listed under device as a suppressed alert. ??

    You mean Webroot is integrated and there are no alerts or anything showing it's installed/working/infected except being installed under each device info?

    Yes a Maintenance window with pause alerts would be very helpful, also it would be nice to be able to select multiple devices on the devices page and pause alerts for all at once.

    It would be awesome if we could also give them access to the remote access that we have as well in a client dashboard instead of needed to pay $5 for each end user that needs access. My Old RMM worked like that.
