An error occurred while saving the comment Steve Potter commentedCan I add a request to this while under review, that if you do select many agents/devices at one time that there is a warning generated when you select an action to be performed. I recently inadvertently shotdown a whole companies PC's and servers (yes my stupid fault) In this devices screen and also in the customer devices screen (where you CAN select ALL devices) as I did.

Hey all,
Happy to announce we are working on a way to archive contacts instead of deleting them.
Once a contact is archived, their tickets will remain in the system but there will be indication on the ticket that the contact is archived, and you will not be able to open new tickets on their behalf.
We will be sure to communicate once the feature is out.

An error occurred while saving the comment Steve Potter commentedThe UX is very confusing. When setting up the agent, the Send Token button should be labelled GET Token. The Token field & Save Button should be below this Get Token button and also greyed out until the Get Token Button is pressed. When the token is pasted into the field the SAVE button should un-grey. This would be more logical and understandable.

Option to open a URL (we use it in Syncro to create an issue in Asana).

The ability to read and write to custom fields in scripts, integration also to the variable field in scripts would be champion.
