  3. Currently if a device is offline during a scheduled automation, the automation won't attempt to run again until the same time the next day. It would be nice to have an option to have the automation run as soon as the device comes online.

  4. Hi

    I want to update the PCs at night. But when they are off, its not possible.

    I can send manual the wakeOnLan command ... would be great if I`m able to use for this also a scheduler .. so I send on 21:45 a wakeOnLan and on 22:00 that the PCs should install all upates and shutdown when finished.

  8. Ability to auto close a ticket after a 24-hour period of time from when it was set to the resolved ticket status. This gives us a way to auto send surveys after allowing the customer a day to confirm their issues are resolved before closing a ticket out for billing.

  9. I would like to see the option to "Create a Ticket" or have it auto create from the screen where I view the Manage Available Patches for a device. Currently there are options for GoTo Agent and Install, but I think it would be helpful to be able to have the system auto create a ticket about the patches being installed.

    This would be handy for billing purposes and just overall tracking of device updates. In a perfect world if you clicked "Install" the system would auto create and auto Complete the ticket when the patch/update was applied. OR if…

  10. Die Ausführung von Scripten sollte nicht nur als Systembenutzer bzw. als angemeldeter Benutzer erfolgen können... Es wäre praktisch das man hier den Benutzer angeben kann in dessen Namen das Script ausgeführt werden kann. ( Z.B. Domänenadmin ) oder Installations-admin

  11. The ability to run scripts at User login like you would a script delivered via GPO. As an MSP I like to keep the secret sauce close to home and not on the client's servers.

  12. It would be great to have the option to run an automation profile on a specific agent computer on demand, the way we can scripts. I know we can setup automation profiles, assign customers or agents, then run them on everything they are assigned to. That works fine most of the time. Having the option to not just run scripts on demand for specific agents, but also automation profiles the same way would save us a lot of support time. Possibly even running an automation profile on an alert, the way we can assign scripts now.

  15. We enabled WOL (Wake on LAN) on our desktops. It would be great if we can schedule a WOL packet being send to offline computers before processing the automation task. So we never interupt the end users by processing the updates outside office hours.

  16. I would be useful to limit technicians to see only some threshold profiles and only some scripts.
    The scripts could be organized by folders.

  18. Currently you only offer 17 third party apps for patching. Competitors have many more and without the need for the software to be installed via Chocolaty. Please consider increasing this library.

  20. This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.

    Scheduled Device Scan for Updates

    After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.

    After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.

    Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.

    Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.
