  3. The option to have a central signature where you can put variables like %AGENTNAME%, %EMAILADDRESS%, %FUNCTION% and the like. That way we don't have to update the signatures manually for every employee, but centrally change it.

  4. The SNMP library is becoming bloated with low effort / Low quality templates. Mostly clones of clones. Perhaps some moderators are needed to keep things cleaned up. I also suggest disabling the share to library function for cloned scripts in order to prevent multiple copies of the same script being uploaded to the library. Additionally, it would be great to have a language field so users can filter by their native language!

  5. Our company runs several policies/Automation Profiles on client workstations, but profiles like reboots should not be applied to servers just because they are included in the client assignment.

    We have found over the last month that manually excluding servers tends to result in missing a server or two, and still having an issue.

    We propose that policies and Automation Profiles be set up with the option to exclude types of endpoints, like servers, from being added when creating or running a policy and/or Automation Profile.

  9. Having only 1 API key is limiting. If I have a junior dev, and I want him to develop some API things, but I don’t want him to have access to delete commands, and commands that could be disruptive, develop a framework so we need to know that the api work properly. API call change do a lot, Granularity for users. Have an API key just for one user

  10. Snmp threshold on existing Monitored OIDs is currently not editable. Meaning that I have to delete and add OID again to set a new threshold when something is changing (e.g. Ram, CPU, Diskspace)

  11. It would be nice to create rules or filters for folders to auto-populate devices within the folders. A lot of times customers have many locations, and being able to auto-populate devices under a specific folder would be a welcome change. Some Criteria idea's that would be helpful for my team:

    Subnet Range
    Device Type
    WAN IP Address (The most useful for my team)
    Device Type (Server, Workstation)
    Device OS
    CPU Type
    Hardware Vendor

    In addition, allowing IT Automations and reports to run against Customer folders would would solve a lot of requests.

  13. Add API user to the activity logs in Atera so we can track what's been done by API

    For example I deleted a load of contacts via API and looked at activity logs which don't know me any information about contacts deleted by the API.

  16. It would be super beneficial if I had an account that could not remote into any machines; but could have access to the billing, and reports for clients.

    Right now it does not make $ense to pay for a tech license just so my accountant can see the billing information and reconcile the invoices.

  20. I switched to Atera from Kaseya VSA. So far I'm loving the simplicity, ease of use, and much more reasonable pricing of Atera in comparison. One of the few things that I do miss about Kaseya VSA, however, was the ability to keep a library of scripts (command prompt, powershell, terminal, etc). They could be organized into folders and subfolders, and had permission based sharing - so you could make specific scripts and folders accessible to everyone, restricted groups (such as employees or managers), or keep it private so only you could access them.
