  3. Under patch summary report, we can see agents that are offline or are not responsive. Is there anyway we can access offline/ unresponsive agent right from the report screen?

    Idea is to get working on the machines that are non responsive when running patches.

  8. Hi, Some customers would like to have there own internal email address for support purposes, now we could forward this our auto-generated email adres but it would be superb if we are able to respond with this email adres, so our servicedesk is fully intergrated in the customers environment

  10. It would be nice if there was a search button at the top of the features board. I don’t have time to scroll pages, or poke around in each category (because I don’t recall how it was classified) to find the status of a previous enhancement request.

  11. Atera has already onboarded the custom fields option, and they were populated for each customer's and their agents, and it can be improved with the following idea:

    Since the custom fields data have to keep changes and updates on a regular basis and the same data has to be maintained on a real-time basis, importing bulk data into custom fields using templates can be helpful to technicians for filling data faster into custom fields and avoiding manual work to fill those fields.

  12. Need a device filter added for assigned threshold profiles. We need to easily filter devices to see which may not have a threshold profile assigned at all. Or that do not have the correct threshold profiles assigned. And then be able to add them via a multi check box.

  13. I love that Atera has customizable email templates - we've built out a good collection of these already for various responses that our users will get from Atera in their inboxes.

    One very lacking email capability however is there is no ability to modify the template for the forgot password process.

    As it stands, this current stock template has 3 of the "red flags" that we train our users against in our Security Awareness Training, due to how it's worded and how links are presented.

    Could we please have the ability to modify this email template as well?

    We find that servers do not have a "Threshold Profile".

    From my exchange with support, there is no solution to list servers without a profile or with a specific profile like "None" or whatever.

    Can you add this function please.

  16. I would like to ability to assign different ticket field data (Ticket field Templates) to different customer or an away to assign any custom field to a particular customer's customer portal.

    IE. Customer A doesn't need the same data fields as customer B. As simply as customer B only uses Macs, so removing all the fields with Window's related data.

  18. Cannot perform multiple actions on search results: Scenario: You want to search for all the machines beginning XYZ- and edit the relations to put them in a new folder – but there is no multi select option or actions toolbar/menu

    Instead, you have to scroll through the entire list of devices to find each machine that you want to select.
    Please add a check box to the results, a select all check box and add the multi select actions menu
