  2. Very simple I've noticed a new marketing message trying to sell an addional agent licence because I'm logged into Atera twice. Techically I'm not using 2 licences I'm simply spreading interface items across mulitple monitors. I only ever initiate a machine connection from always the same instance. I use the second session to look at tickets, call up passwords, check documentation. I use 4 monitors and a single webpage session just doesn't cut in these days and navigation gets rather clumsy moving round the same session.   5. It would be nice to limit some technicians log on ability into Atera for certain hours. A company might not want a technician or help desk users logging in after hours for security purposes and to prevent unauthorized access from home. Also, it would be nice if that person can be restricted to just logging into a specified IP to ensure work is being done in the office, while not enforcing those requirements to the admins.

Ability to use network IP range when enabling Access List via 2fa login settings page in the Admin tab (Admin >> General >> Two Factor Authentication (2FA) >> Restrict IP Permissions >> Access List). Currently it only allows for a specific IP address. This is crucial for Public IPs that are Dynamic which is highly likely to keep changing.

  8. When I am running a script against a single device, the overlay window covers up the machine name. The only way I can view the machine name is to maximize my browser window. I do not use a maximized browser window (ever). There are days I am pushing scripts to multiple machines, all on a case by case basis.

    Please relocate the position of the script running overlay. Make the overlay screen smaller, and much lower on the screen, so I can still see the Device name without having to maximize my browser.

  10. I would like to be able to round tickets to the nearest tenth of an hour, as opposed to the nearest quarter of an hour. I have a hard time allowing myself to charge a quarter of an hour for something that takes less than five minutes to fix, and I've got an inordinate amount of calls that take less than five minutes of my time.

  11. As most dual function environments (Retail and Client Support) we have a reception desk that is manned to book clients systems for our internal workshop.

    An additional logon that has only access to create customers , contacts and log tickets would be a logical step.

    No further function beyond this would be required.

  13. Allow multiple white label templates based on customer. For example one of our customers would like to resell our service but having our branding won't work in that situation. So having an option to choose a white label template per customer would be a good feature.

  14. When I view a device in Atera - I can see the make, model, SN, OS, and a slew of other important information. It would be very beneficial if I could press a button and tell it to convert to asset - this would save a TON of time - and it would prevent me from having to double up on my data entry.

  15. I'm finding that the audit log is lacking as far as drilling down changes that were made. Some really important things would be being able to:
    -search/filter by customer name
    -search/filter by device name
    -search/filter by customer folder

  18. General suggestion -- anytime you create an operation, create that operation with multiple endpoints in mind.

    When you want to activate an agent, you have to click each individual agent, HUNDREDS OF THEM, ONE AT A TIME and select activate agent. Same if you want to activate chat. Same if you want to install BitDefender. This software is supposed to make managing multiple endpoints simpler, right? It's ridiculous to have to even mention this for a RMM Tool, to be honest.

  20. I'm struggling with Atera security!
    I not only me as Business Owner require that , but other business owners need that option is well, that very important security future.
    Since COVID a lot of people continue to operate from home and are required by the policy to sign out and sign back into a Atera.
    Not all people do it and not follow it.

    How I can make I, or MY TECH session end in 8 hours, and if the I or tech login from another different ip has to log in and make 2fa? In Atera session just continue. …
