The ability to disable services
Today, you can stop, restart and start services that were stopped.
In order to disable a service, you'd need to remote into the device or run a script.

Manual inventory entry
I'd like to be able to manually type in a device's spec. If we buy 10 laptops I'd rather not have to unbox them all to install agent to know what we have in inventory.

Disk capacity refresh
Add a refresh button to the disks area in Atera. When cleaning up a computer with a full hard drive using scripts, it would be nice to be able to see the new free space when requested. A little refresh button to request updated Disk information would be fantastic!

Merge devices
Have the ability to merge or overwrite devices based on MAC address perhaps? It would make custom fields much more useful if the information was persistent if the device had Windows reinstalled for instance.

Add MAC Address, device name, domain, user to Device Advanced Filtering so they are filterable on the Device page.
The search bar improvements that were made on Jun 29, 2021 are great but adding them as filterable items in Advanced Filtering on the Device page would make it so one can filter based on those fields, filtering on them to target for specific actions such as software deployment or scripts.

Top 100 Most Vulnerable Desktops instead of just 10
When I run a patch status summary and I see the "Top 10 Most Vulnerable Desktops" would it be possible to have the option to see Top 50 or 100. Just more then 10

Device counter
Seems like it should just be a basic function so it's weird that it's not already there.
But, it would be really helpful if there was a counter at the top of the Devices list for customers showing the total number of devices. It's kind of silly to have to run a report just to see how many devices a customer has.

Asset Management, with ability to print asset labels, scan QR codes, and checkin and checkout equipment from one application
I'm currently evaluating Atera as a potential replacement for our existing help desk, which is lacking a really good asset management system. What I'm specifically needing is a better way to all of our assets as they come in the door and leave our environment for use. Ideally, the application would allow us to print labels in a variety of sizes for different devices and equipment, scan QR codes to checkin and checkout equipment (reserve equipment on the spot), complete maintenance surveys and allow users to take photos of equipment through the mobile app, and if I'm being a little…

Add directory statistics like WINDIRSTAT for disk space management. We need to be able to quickly visualize and identify folders and the amounts of data they are consuming. This can easily be accomplished by integrating a feature similar to WINDIRSTAT https://windirstat.net/

Search device notes
It is critical that when I search my device list, it includes the Notes field for each device. I put relevant notes about where the device is or who is using it in that field. My device naming convention is random and ordinal making it confusing if I don't read/have the notes.

Disk Cleanup under Devices > Manage
Many times I get disk space alert , most of the time I connect to the the PC and run cleanmgr.exe , It would be great if I could do it without the need to connect to the PC and have it in Atera under Devices > Manager > Disk cleanup

When a device was enrolled into Atera, I want to bulk update the customer.

Ability to have a view and/or report that will list all devices that require a reboot.
Now that the feature is there to show if a device needs a reboot, it would be nice if we could create a view and/or report that would show a list of those devices.

Information Security Risk
Support agents can access data in any user's machine without asking their permissions. It is a major information security risk and has been identified by data security auditor. I have raised requests earlier but they all have been ignored. Please get it fixed otherwise companies who are aware about information security will not recomend Atera. You can regenerate it by going to any Device >>> Manage >>> File Transfer. I would like to request all other community members to vote for it to get it fixed asap.

Please have last logged user show the current user logged in and update with every user that loggs in so that searching by user is correct
Have last logged user show current user logged in and to have it update with every user login that takes place. This will make searching for a device by user easier. Right now it seems as though it takes a long time for it to show the current user.
