Automap device to customer
Rather than manually adding the devices to a client / customer allow automation to detect either the external IP or internal domain name and then map accordingly.
Some of my clients rebuild their machines regularly and it would be handy to have these automap rather than having to ensure they are associated with the correct customer constantly.

Currently, when a new custom field is created, that field has to be filled out one device at a time by browsing to each device page. This takes way too much time. It would be much easier to be able to export a device list with the custom field(s) as a column in a CSV and then fill out the CSV and import to update the devices' customer field(s).7 votes -
Disable Availability Monitoring on multiple devices
It would be handy to be able to disable Availability Monitoring on multiple devices/in bulk, rather than having to go into each device individually & disable one at a time.

Device View
The device section of machines are large and clunky in this menu, we need a way to change the view to make them smaller like other RMM solutions. This is a must have feature, please.

Software License Tracking
It would be nice if Atera coulda track Third-Party licenses. For example, the device management screen would show if a copy of SolidWorks, Nitro Pro or Adobe Pro was installed and list the corresponding licenses. I know a few other RMM solutions have functionality like this. Would make tracking licensed software much easier.

Implement a SSH webshell for accessing devices on networks.
It would be awesome if we could get a SSH webshell to access devices such as Cisco networking equipment from SNMP or just by specifying DNS/IP info. It could use a specified agent to execute the function.

Compliance Management
It would be very nice to have a Compliance Management area of the Atera web console where we can set stuff to be checked and monitored for compliance on the devices. For example, if I deploy a GPO to block USB devices, I'd like to be able to measure that, checking the registry items and confirming that the values are configured as expected. The compliance could then be checked via a report or directly in the dashboard for each customer.

Option to Edit and Organize OIDs
Should be amazing the option to edit the monitored OIDs, change the values and organice the OIDs by my own criteria

Separate Favorites list
Under each company, my "Favorites" list should not be the same as other Atera users Favorites list. In some cases, certain roles don't have or shouldn't have access to the same machines even, so our Favorites list should not be the same.

Functionality to create automatic maintenance schedules
Currently there is no option to create schedules where devices automatically go into, and out of, maintenance mode where no alerts are generated. This would be extremely useful as we have regular patching windows, client requested maintenance windows, etc where we need to make sure that no alerts are created. Thank you.

change ping intervals
Change/Edit the Ping intervals and Alert intervals of Generic added and monitored Devices.
It takes about 2 to 4 minutes for the atera dashboard to show that a Monitored Generic device has gone online and I see in the documentation that the default Ping intervals is 120 seconds. Please add the option to change that value aswell as the allert intervals

SNMP Live Monitoring
My team needs to monitor all devices on one computer monitor to see the status of each device with one glance. This is a critical feature of what we do. It is critical for us be able to walk in and look at a monitor and see a RED light telling us something is down so we can be proactive BEFORE the phones start ringing.

Machine description
It would be nice if we could have a custom editable field, named i.e. "Machine description" in each device in order to identify them quickly. This field can be placed in the the Devices window next or below of the Device Name. furthermore, it would be useful to give us the ability to sort the devices by the "Machine description"

Add hardware inventory fields
Asset information notes on a device. Either defined by Atera or by me. Vendor, purchase date, and purchase price at a minimum. Have these appear on the auditor report.

Filter devices by "Model"
It is quite crucial to add an option to filter devices by "Model".
That would help inventory counts a lot.I know it is possible with "Vendor" but for me, and I assume for many others, "Model" would really help.
I assume that would be like a few lines of code for the developers since the function already exists, just add it for "Model".
