Sort Devices by needing restart
Great that the list of devices shows if they need a restart. Would like to be able to sort that list to show only the ones that need a restart.

Solarwinds had the ability to schedule a reboot after hours.
I see others have suggested this. Any progress? Sooner rather than later would be nice.

Show additional Agent memory information
Spare slots. Type of Memory, would be really handy when looking to upgrade to see at a glance what type of memory it is, ie DDR4, clock speed etc so can easily order a ew stick of RAM

Firmware audit
Collect firmware version of network devices such as router, switches, printers and pull the actual version from the vendors to get a full overview of the patch state. Maybe let the community add information about the firmware sources/fields and location where to find the actual version from the vendor.

We can setup alerts for sensor data (temp) but we cant monitor manually. Please add this to the UI :)

It would be great to have the ability to disable File Transfer option for specific device, customer or technician.

Differentiate Virtual Machines under Devices and Customer > Devices
Currently under Devices in the Details column hosts are shown as PC or Server in the list. It would be helpful if this column could include whether or not this device is a virtual machine.
The same applies to the Customer > Devices page. Icon's differentiate whether the device is a server or workstation. Adding icons for virtual machine pc and virtual machine server would add functionality to the page.

last seen
I want to be able to set a 'last seen' threshold as a filter in the Devices view.
Right now, I can sort by all online, or all devices. I want to be able to see all recent devices while excluding retired or seldom-used ones (for example, when reporting on patching).
I also want to be able to sort by last seen, to be able to locate the oldest device records and modify or update as necessary.

Advanced Filters for devices - Allow more granular version numbers
When creating an Advanced Filter for a device view, selecting the Installed Software filter, the Software Version field only allows for major.minor versions. This should be expanded to support longer version numbers such as x.x.x.x

show status of active Helpdesk Agents
Be able to know what devices have had their Helpdesk Agent "activated" so that the user can submit tickets. Hypothetically: Say I have 10 devices that I know were activated at some point. Then a few hours later, 10 new devices came on line and the Agent was installed for them, but the helpdesk agent was not activated yet. I'd like to see the first 10 devices have been activated, and the which of the new 10 still need to be activated. If I select all devices (under the customer’s devices) and mass ‘activate helpdesk agent’, I just want to…

cancel file transfer
It would be nice to have the ability to see transfer rate and percentage completed of a file transfer, as well as the option to cancel the transfer.

Failed log in attempts threshold number alteration request.
The preset threshold for failed log in attempts is currently 3, we are unable to alter this to a higher number. Even Microsoft is currently 5 before they do a lockout. Can we get the option to alter the preset number to something higher either say a preset options to select from a list or a number entry option for the system? Currently when attempted to alter the border just goes gray and does nothing.

Automap device to customer
Rather than manually adding the devices to a client / customer allow automation to detect either the external IP or internal domain name and then map accordingly.
Some of my clients rebuild their machines regularly and it would be handy to have these automap rather than having to ensure they are associated with the correct customer constantly.

Currently, when a new custom field is created, that field has to be filled out one device at a time by browsing to each device page. This takes way too much time. It would be much easier to be able to export a device list with the custom field(s) as a column in a CSV and then fill out the CSV and import to update the devices' customer field(s).7 votes
