  2. The filtering devices, when looking through devices for available patches it would be nice to sort by the patches column so instead of searching through the whole list, we can see all the devices with pending patches sorted to the top of the list and go through these. It would be extremely helpful if the sorting could be applied to all columns.

  3. If another tech is already connected to an agent, it would be great if it displayed who is accessing that agent in real-time

  4. I'd like to be able to manually type in a device's spec. If we buy 10 laptops I'd rather not have to unbox them all to install agent to know what we have in inventory.

  5. Spare slots. Type of Memory, would be really handy when looking to upgrade to see at a glance what type of memory it is, ie DDR4, clock speed etc so can easily order a ew stick of RAM

  6. Support agents can access data in any user's machine without asking their permissions. It is a major information security risk and has been identified by data security auditor. I have raised requests earlier but they all have been ignored. Please get it fixed otherwise companies who are aware about information security will not recomend Atera. You can regenerate it by going to any Device >>> Manage >>> File Transfer. I would like to request all other community members to vote for it to get it fixed asap.

  8. It would be great to be able to extend the no reply ping period. I have some devices that do a reboot every week, this reboot should take longer than the default in Atera between 2 ping checks. it suddenly generates false alarms, and it is therefore time-consuming!

  9. I want to be able to set a 'last seen' threshold as a filter in the Devices view.

    Right now, I can sort by all online, or all devices. I want to be able to see all recent devices while excluding retired or seldom-used ones (for example, when reporting on patching).

    I also want to be able to sort by last seen, to be able to locate the oldest device records and modify or update as necessary.

  10. The device section of machines are large and clunky in this menu, we need a way to change the view to make them smaller like other RMM solutions. This is a must have feature, please.

  11. Have last logged user show current user logged in and to have it update with every user login that takes place. This will make searching for a device by user easier. Right now it seems as though it takes a long time for it to show the current user.

  13. Currently SNMP devices have a number of default monitors that are no9t shown on the interface.
    These need to be removed, or have the option of not using them.
    The ability to granularly add OIDs negates the need for them. I understand that some people may desire the defaults, so how about the option to not use them.

    I just went through the operation of creating MANY SNMP devices and templates, only to find that even on the devices I intentionally did NOT add monitored OIDs (Informational only) only to find that ALL of the devices need to be re-added…

  14. At the moment if you have a machine with multiple graphics cards in Atera will only list the first one it happens to find - which is not very useful. Please list all the graphics cards in a device.

  16. Collect firmware version of network devices such as router, switches, printers and pull the actual version from the vendors to get a full overview of the patch state. Maybe let the community add information about the firmware sources/fields and location where to find the actual version from the vendor.
    This could be report like or build into the smtp/device agent.

  18. The Atera Agent should pull through the device's OU details. That way with large customers we will be able to search for devices based on the OU details in AD. For example, the site the device is situated in. You should then be able to use this information to create dynamic folders for agent devices.

  19. I find that it can take a good couple of minutes for the remote access/status to come back online. Sometimes I have to do a reboot with the client on the phone and we end up making small talk whilst Atera/Splashtop decides to give me access. Not sure why the delay but it happens across all of my end devices. Can Atera increase the polling time that checks to see if a device is online?

  20. Really need to visualy see if a computer run on supported version of Windows.
    Really helpfull to replace some old computer or just upgrade to a newer version of windows. (Server and workstation).
