Allow customization of device view
Remove unwanted info, change info, remove boxy outline, create an option for "LIST". Currently in full screen I can only see 7 devices. It would be nice to have a clean list sortable by "customer" or "OS" or a myriad of other useful things. Ability to collapse "views"

Color Blind Friendly Colors for Metrics Chart
Color blind frendly colors for Metrics chart when viewing a device. Have a hard time telling the difference between the Memory and CPU lines.

Edit Relations by (part of) device name
The possibility to automatically move agents from unassigned to a specified folder by part of the device name should be added.
For example:
If agent name contains "PC" move automatically to folder "Computers"
If agent name contains "Server" move autmoatically to folder "Servers"This would take a lot of hassle out of getting agents in the right place just so they can get the right automation profiles.

Disable Availability Monitoring on multiple devices
It would be handy to be able to disable Availability Monitoring on multiple devices/in bulk, rather than having to go into each device individually & disable one at a time.

SSF connection
SSH connection: A lot of our schools are catholic school. Devolufsion – desktop management. All of our staff have a VP connection. And that desktop manager and authenticate against the server. From the Atera platform, we cannot directly connect to our switches. It would be nice to have SSH connection. We add the switch to a pink check to the server which is a switch. SSH directly into that switch. We are find the other tool is fits us tools.

iPadOS support
We absolutely need a Generic Asset Management feature that allows support for iOS devices (iPad/iPhone etc) since the Generic device feature is not suitable. Remote support would be great as well but not a necessity.

Device Activity
NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) has a feature called Activity Stream which shows all of the relevant events for a device on the device page. It would be really great to have something similar in Atera.
I'd like to be able to see a history of alerts, scripts run on the endpoint, date added, date retired, user login/logoff, reboots (or shutdown/start events), apps installed/updated, patches applied, and any other metrics relevant to RMM.

Filter devices based based on CSV
We would like to have the ability to filter devices based on a CSV file. So the system can only display devices that match device names from the CSV. This allows us to manipulate the data and then filter within Atera. From there we can do any of the following functions available in Atera {run a script, install a software package, assign to a folder etc..}. Thank you.

Rule set based on SNMP Values
For example VMware will expose the used value of the datastore, and the total size, so to get used space you need to subtract hrStorageUsed.1 from hrStorageSize.2 to give total used value. This could then be monitored as a rule within Atera.

Ability to have a view and/or report that will list all devices that require a reboot.
Now that the feature is there to show if a device needs a reboot, it would be nice if we could create a view and/or report that would show a list of those devices.

Add hardware inventory fields
Asset information notes on a device. Either defined by Atera or by me. Vendor, purchase date, and purchase price at a minimum. Have these appear on the auditor report.

apply update on multiple clients
Apply on or more specific windows updates manually (not through an automization profile) on multiple clients at one (in example for the whole folder/group). The report functionality (https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005734647-Patch-Search-Deploy-Report) is not sufficient

Display updates for clients in folders
When creating folders in the devices tab, I would like to see the updates for the client PCs in this folder/group. Currently it is necessary to open every client PC of a folder manually to manage the updates
