SNMP monitoring,
We monitor all DiskUsage / Memory, CPU, Network bandwidth Usage type OIDs on servers / switches / routor or any other SNMP device.
It would be very relevant to allow the activation or not of a historical graph of each supervised OID in order to be able to do troubleshooting or proactive supervision
Current SNMP monitoring is so incomplete without this essential functionality !!! We would like have some graph same as prtg/nagios/NMP/graphana/ or other

Offline device list under Customer > Devices. like "4/5 devices are online" so we don't need to go through the list.

how many devices are online per client
While we need the alerts when a server or router goes down, seeing how many general devices are up at a given time, in relation to the amount of devices connected per that client is a useful graph and schematic

Es wäre toll wenn man über die API Schnittstelle, in welcher man sich ja die SNPM Devices ausgeben lassen kann, auch die OID Werte sehen würde die man konfiguriert hat.

Graphic monitoring of virtual machines
What I miss about Atera is a really good graphical monitoring of VMWare and possibly other virtualizations. Unfortunately, you have to be jealous of Server-Eye or Paessler, here it becomes relatively easy. Virtual environment graphically displayed and you can see at first glance if something doesn't fit. Is something like this also being considered for Atera, SNMP is just very tedious.

API: Connect Contact to Asset
When we look at the Agent via the API, it does not reference the contact at all. If there is one assigned, can we have the contactID returned in the results?

SNMP Context Names
Some consumer devices support SNMPv3, but dont allow users the ability to change or blank the "Context Name" option.
Since there is no option to define a Context Name in Atera, its impossible to use SNMPv3 with these devices. Please add the option to define a context name so the latest security standards can be used.1 vote -
**Remotely Wipe Devices**
Using this application as MSP's, we should have the ability to remotely wipe a mobile device if we find that the device is lost or stolen, an employee is no longer employed and doesn't return the mobile device, but decides to commit corporate espionage or damage the data stored on the device. This would be a great addition to a product that is great and easy to use. Please add this to the next feature release. This would be great.

Filter devices for those that don't have a relationship with a contact
I'd like to be able to filter devices to find those that don't yet have a relationship with a user so that I can assign them.

Add Connect for device end points that are not computers.
For computers listed in Devices, you can currently "Connect" using Splashtop, Any Desk, TeamViewer, etc. But for devices that are not computers it's useless. Instead, you should add the ability to connect via HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, TELNET. The HTTP and HTTPS are really important to remotely manage printers, routers, switches, etc. Would just need to proxy the input/output through the agent.

Mass add devices from a spreadsheet
When you need to setup many generic devices for monitoring, you should be able to upload a .csv with the required details for each device, which then populates the chosen customer's device portal.

Possibility to open device remote powershell as currently logged on user
Possibility to open device remote powershell as the user, who is currently logged on to the device. Useful for getting list of shared printer or network drives, which are connected to the user profile.

Allow customization of device view
Remove unwanted info, change info, remove boxy outline, create an option for "LIST". Currently in full screen I can only see 7 devices. It would be nice to have a clean list sortable by "customer" or "OS" or a myriad of other useful things. Ability to collapse "views"
