  1. Notes field for Devices or custom field (text) does not allow for carriage returns for formatting. This only allows for continuous one line text. Example:

    1. Hello
    2. Goodbye
    3. Hello Again

    It shows up like this on the notes field for devices:

    1. Hello 2. Goodbye 3. Hello Again

    This is not a good way to view our notes on the devices screen. We need to be able to format them.

  2. Context menu behavior. On devices in search page, make the context menu shift to stay visible in the window. Currently it is a fixed position which causes issues on smaller screen resolutions or when restarting devices.

  3. It would be great if Atera had some sort of notepad for keeping notes on various things. Maybe just a tab on the left side pane, or maybe per customer or device. This would be a great feature. So far, this is just about the only thing that our old RMM has over Atera. Please, bring us this feature!!! I've seen places for notes, but they are very deep within too many menus.

  4. Forced log out happens randomly about every 24 hours and usually in the middle of a ticket update in the middle of the day - can we have some adjustment for this like forced log out after x minutes/hours idle but if active just remains logged in.

  5. It would be nice if we could change the default number of tickets displayed from 20.
    I'm currently overseeing all tickets for my organisation and having to scroll, then wait for the next 20 tickets to load is painfully slow.

  6. Currently, no matter what Agent you open up, the Web Browser Tab Title Reads "Atera - RMM Software | PSA & Remote Access for MSPs".

    Rather than have this generic page title, include the Agent Name that is open in the tab, e.g.:

    "AGENT NAME | Atera - RMM Software"

    When I have 10 devices open in separate tabs, it's hard to navigate back to the right computer without flipping through each one!

  7. Currently search returns;
    Tickets, Agents, Contacts
    This means the top area is cluttered with tickets (including closed tickets) if all i wan is a contact.

    A better order would be
    Contacts, Agents, Tickets

  8. I shouldn't have to set search options eveyr time I search for a user. Either make search options sticky, or offer search types (like there are list types) - search agents, search tickets etc.

  9. It would be really handy to show the User next to the computer in the device list. This would allow us to quickly see who is online rather than clicking on the computer and checing who the agent is registered to.

    Also related to this, listing the agent registered to the user in the Users details panel on the Users page, also an online/offline indicator (Green/Red dot).

    This would be so handy for us to quickly view online status of our homeworking users.

  10. I really miss the 'select all' in the 'patch form'. Moving the mouse all the way to the left top only to go back to the right bottom seems like an unnecessary motion.

  11. Please add the ability to force mobile optimized Atera to load in mobile browsers. Some apps have a separate URL that forces mobile if needed. We have difficulty getting a mobile optimized version of Atera to load in a mobile browser in iOS and Android. Thanks!

  12. We need to be able to sort all of the different lists that get created.

    This request applies to all of the custom fields and fields that eventually generate interactive drop down lists. Examples include: Quick Reply Templates, Scripts, Product Families, and all custom fields.

    Currently, if we need to make an addition to these fields, the new item goes to the bottom of the list and there's no easy way to modify it. If we want to customize the order they're in, or even just alphabetize them, we have to completely remove all of the items in the list…

  14. When creating KB's or just replying in a ticket, it would be terrific to be able to embed (or insert) a video for easy instruction purposes. It would cut down on communication time and make life easier for the client.

  15. Have the customers with less info on the agent side, instead of showing the phone and all the rest of the columns or make it so that we can customize it. Another thing that would be nice specially when working at night, to have the dark theme capable

It would be nice if you could create a custom pop-up window for certain clients so that when you open a ticket for that client or click on an existing ticket, a pop-up window would appear with important info. ConnectWise has this alert feature for its tickets. That way, if a client has special requests (i.e. ALWAYS CC this specific person; don't call this client, they only want emails; etc.) the technician can see it immediately every time they go into that client's tickets.

  18. Place links next to Knowledge Base Categories for creating a new section within it, for quick access. Same for sections: create a link for making a new article within a section. This would streamline the user interface within the Knowledge Base and make it more user friendly.

  19. The landing page after signing in recently changed from Dashboard to Devices. This should instead be a user preference with a default of Dashboard. This would allow users the flexibility to configure the dashboard and/or to set a landing page best suited to their role, a feature fairly common in complex UIs.

  20. I don't need to be told every month theres a new version out by covering the entire screen when I login. This is bad SaaS practice and is a jarring experience when you're logging on to complete a task.

    The Notification bubble at the top of the screen already tells me about new releases, this is sufficient.
