New View
Looking for a new view option to see all tickets in our system and who they are assigned to broken out by users. Do not want to setup filtered views to only see individual technicians. In the ideal scenario each technician has a lane, showing the priority groups and the tickets assigned to technicians. One lane shows the unassigned tickets as well and can move them to the techs as needed. The issue I am trying to solve is visibility to the queue versus having to scroll thru the tickets to see things. What is happenign is tickets are falling…

Desktop notifications
I would be great, if it were possible to receive desktop notiifcations upon ticket updates, alerts etc.

Warnings to techs for dealing with customer or contact
Objective: Warn tech in an obvious way to handle customer or contact in non-standard manner such as:
"Don't call this person She or Her" (contact note)
"Don't service until they pay" (company note)
"All requests for new licenses must be approved by Mr. X" (company note)Method ideas:
1. Ability to enter info at customer or contact level, very much like Notes but distinct from that field. If static (vs user defined) field, named "Critical notes" or something.

Prevent tickets being created from chat
Currently a ticket is created when a chat session lasts longer than 2 minutes.
Please add an option to prevent this.

Text box drag to enlarge
I don't like how the text box, when typing notes/replies, has to either be Fullscreen or letterbox style.
I just want to be able to drag the text box to make it longer, rather than have to bounce in and out of Fullscreen.

Invoice as PDF to mail adres
Payment (invoice) from atera and webroot are sent via an email. This information is not sufficient for administration. I would like the invoices that can be found in Atera (admin-subscription-Invoices) to simply be emailed as a PDF to a mail address that we can enter ourselves. In our case the administration of our company.

The Sites section table currently shows
Name
Unmonitored Devices
Phone
Address
Main Site UserNot sure about everyone else but i would consider the available column heads to be of little value.
Could it be considered that you add the below?
Number of Users
Number of Devices
Number of Assets
Number of AlertsWe dont uses the the ticketing aspect but Number of Tickets for those that do?
Am i alone in this?

Bread Crumb Trail
Would be a nice feature to have a bread crumb trail at the top of the window for navigating up one more more levels.
In some instances within sites or reporting, the back button is not useful. Only option is to go back to the left menu and start from the main menu item.

Choose colour of internal notes and replies
I'm finding it at times very difficult to distinguish the difference in colour from Internal Notes and External Replies. Is it possible for the background colours of the response to mimic the button colours ie: yellow for internal, and pink for external for ease of identification? or give us the ability to choose our own colour choices?

Ability to enable or disable the generation of screenprint when creating new ticket using ctrl+f12
Customers do not like to use the ctrl+f12 functionality, since it take approx. 10+ seconds from pressing the key combination and until the Portal dialog shows.

Make the scroll bar in Atera, and its windows wider. Its very difficult to click onto it.

show cellphone number on contact card in desktop/browser
Please show both the landline and mobile number on contact cards. What is really an issue is sometimes we only have a mobile listed, and not a landline. The contact card at a glance is misleading, since it shows NA next to the landline. At the least, if only one number is present, that should be the one shown in the contact card. Again, probably easier and better to show both

Dynamic Dropdown
Have the Ability to have a Dropdown that is Dynamic for example if I wanted to add a custom dropdown on a user where I can set their manager I can create a custom dropdown where it lists all the users in my account for me to select. This can even be extend to Dropdown with dependences where I can limit/group the users by site.

It would be handy to quickly view the computers power settings and apply quick changes to the power settings.

Dutch translation
I would really like the option to have Atera's interface available in Dutch, so I can present the service portal to the employees of my company. Not all of them read or understand English.

Cancel in progress scripts
Add an option to cancel scheduled or in process scripts which have yet to run due to offline devices or timing. Not sure where this would be added but the "Recent Processes" page seems like a good location. However, this may not be possible since it is technically a report page.
