Invoice as PDF to mail adres
Payment (invoice) from atera and webroot are sent via an email. This information is not sufficient for administration. I would like the invoices that can be found in Atera (admin-subscription-Invoices) to simply be emailed as a PDF to a mail address that we can enter ourselves. In our case the administration of our company.

I've raised this direct with Atera Support and made a LinkedIn post - hopefully we'll see some movement.
They did direct me to the API but that doesn't connec to the CSV breakdown
All the 'bits' are there, they just need to come together, which for an SaaS aimed at automation and integration seems a massive oversight

The current invoice retrieval process is far too time-consuming. This is especially frustrating for a platform that we use specifically to make our IT operations more efficient.
From an accounting and compliance perspective, this also does not seem ideal. The service is billed and paid automatically, but we do not receive a proper downloadable invoice document that meets the administrative requirements in our country. Instead, we are forced to open each invoice manually, take a screenshot, convert it into a PDF, and upload it to our accounting system.
This process feels unnecessarily outdated and inefficient.
