  2. Banner that pops up on when you open a client where you can add a note so the next technician that goes onto that customer can see what has been done as of last. IT glue does it.

  3. If wanted to Create an Out of Hours contract you have to a) do it one at a time for each client or b) do it on one and clone it to the rest.
    I want to be able to create a contract and add it to all customers.

  4. When navigating a client's page, we will browse a few pages. If we go to an agent, and go back a page, it takes us to the first page of client devices. Please let us go back to the same page of devices that we started from.

    It's a pain if I'm on page 3, checking uptime on each device, and it takes me back to the first page, every time.

  5. We used to be able to put phone extensions in a contact's phone number, but with the new update phone numbers are required to be ten digits. I propose a section next to the phone number called "extension" or "ext" where we can put the extension for each contact.

  6. It would be very helpful is we can categorize contacts, just like in Devices or similar. We can categorize them by department, teams, etc.

  7. Currently when viewing a customers individual record, One can set the customers as "BLOCKED" ( non payment/late payment etc) The tiny icon overlay is displayed ( from the ranking feature) . My request is:

    1) Make this a little bigger or even allow us to create/upload own images and have up to 10 rankings.

    2) Make this overlay display function, which is already available, make it available where ever the client is displayed. EVEN on tickets, Lists, etc.

  8. It would be good to have a mobile application for users, in order to make an ticket easier and faster. It would be good to download and install custom application by scanning the QR code from the agent, download application and automatically configure account from agent. Today, my users are too lazy to send emails or open portals. Also, if the ticket closes by tehnician, it would be good for the user to confirm the closing of the ticket! Also, it would be good if they could leave a short video, voice message or some other attachment when opening the…

  10. In the customers view have the ability to have more tabs. We have customers who have Supported Devices that are on full support and these are on monthly contracts, we then have devices that are only on Update support and if we have to go fix something its chargeable and then we also have non supported devices which they get charged for fixing and updating no matter what.

    Currently there is no way of making it easy for the tech to split these off if we have a company with 60 devices. We would like the tabs to have the…

  12. Currently when creating a new contract you can only initially select from "Contract Rates" in the dropdown. If you want to contract for a "Product" you have to save the contract first, then edit and select the product as they are not initially displayed in the rate dropdown when creating the contract. This is probably good so as to not have to dig though all products and rates each time. I suggest, similar to the "Additional Rate" option to add a "Product / Service" dropdown so items can be selected on contract creation and save some clicks.

  16. It would be great to have a way to group customers into folders, say by company type i.e accountants, estate agents or even to group into letters so Acme under A, Beta Corp under B etc etc.

  19. It would be nice to have separate Folders for Password. So that it is easier to manage and sort through the passwords.

    Under Passwords we can have customizable folders with the different Password types. i.e. Windows Logins, Email, and so on

  20. Better and extended permissions settings. We would like to give a specific customer access to remote management only on their own systems. If we create a technician for this, he is allowed far too much and can see far too much within Atera. If you can set the permissions much better on menu items, hiden notes, scripting then we can use this as a service. Perhaps a separate license can be created for this, which gives a customer the right to take over his own systems only and nothing else in the system.
