Bitdefender integration with Atera
Bitdefender integration.. Need the ability to deploy from within Atera, similar to how Webroot can be.

I think the integration could be tighter with Bitdefender. One specific area that comes to mind is knowing when there is an issue within Bitdefender from the Atera dashboard. This would bring Atera closer to the single master dashboard or single source of truth. Currently, I need to check the Bitdefender GZ to see if there are any alerts. I would like to see Bitdefender alerts in the Atera dashboard or at least as an Atera auto-generated ticket.

Isn't the point of an RMM to have everything integrated? Considering the consensus of most IT pros I've spoken to is that Webroot is basically pointless in terms of security(Id rather just use windows defender)..can we say Atera currently has no integrated security solution?

the collection is already done by the tool, because it doesn't provide an installer as it is done in the webroot, and it presents the Antivirus agents in a graphic like this, without a doubt a great almost perfect integration

We also desperately need this ability. We are losing track of our installed computers and servers. I would say first implement the basics, add a button to install the bitdefender agent then show a Icon on each device if bitdefender is installed. After that fully intergrate so we can add policies, exclusions etc from Atera.

Yes, the "integration" for BitDefender needs to be drastically improved. We moved from NinjaRMM with BitDefender fully integrated, to Atera with BitDefender GravityZone, but was quite surprised when we had to set up an entire GZ tenant. Not only that, but it's very difficult to see which computers have BitDefender GZ installed and which do not - I have to select each of them one-by-one. Ideally, if BitDefender is not installed or had trouble installing, that should show as an alert in Atera.

This needs to be improved massively, not just considered.
As I see it, the only thing that the Bitdefender integration does is create the GravityPortal account. We have to do the rest manually. Can this really be called an integration?
I just came from Syncro to Atera. Syncro's integration created the company structure and the packages and deployed the AV as part of the integration. I am more than a little disappointed to see that I basically have to do the whole thing myself. This really needs to be better.

It should also have Bitdefender monitoring so that you don't use it within the integration with ATERA, such as verification of installation and update, or if it has found any virus. we are Bitdefender partners.
