commentedAdd "Recently Viewed" to Search/View criteria so you can see a list of the Devices and Customers you are currently working on. When you're moving between customers/devices it a pain to have to search, find and select each time. Multiple clicks and mousing around needed - unless I'm missing something?

commentedDraw the system architecture in Visio i.e. servers, network devices, etc. import them into Atera then associate with relevant performance metrics. So the performance of devices with their metrics is in real-time.

commentedCustomise the device dashboard with top processes via CPU/Memory, be able to add additional performance metrics such as AD/SQL/IIS/Hyper-V.

commentedBe able to add additional performance metrics, actually be able to see perfmon and select the perfmon counters that are available.

commentedHave tabular layout so you can sort by columns. Be able to sort by:
 - Last logged in user
 - Last reboot
 - Date added to Atera
 - Last time patches were installed

commentedPlease add the ability to customise the list views, e.g. devices and alerts for a start, so that we can see 20+ devices per page. So much white space is pointless, so much scrolling and filtering is unnecessary. Also alerts have become very sticky, difficult to scroll through, seems to be the case across browsers

commentedI love the green and red ball for up and down nodes. Can you add an orange ball to notify that the node has a pending reboot?

commentedMISSING ALERTS PER CUSTOMER BECAUSE WINDOWS IS TOO SMALL - MAKE A SLIDER ON THE RIGHT it does NOT review all the customers with Alert or Warning because the windows is too small and I can not enlarge it with Dashboard customisation.
So you have to delete some errors that another one gets on the screen. I think it is bad, because you have to review all the alerts and group them to
have list of all the customers with the problem. PLease solve it, it think windows should automatically extend or could be maximized or there should be a slider
on the right side – example ….

commentedOur team wants Alert History to be one of the sort-able columns/items. I've received several notifications on Disk Usage or Memory usage for a device, but I can't go through the last 200 Atera Alert emails to build my own timeline for this. I would prefer to be able to view a history of the alerts for one device.

commentedBring back the default amount of devices to load automatically in custom views! Please, it has been painful scrolling the list to load the 100+ devices to do a search. The search bar helps, but it is not as convenient. I miss the device tab, have stopped using it, now just going direct to customer, finding the right customer in the list, then clicking between the pages until I find what I need because it is easier. Sometimes computer name/log in name does not match who we are speaking with, due to managing so many devices. Secondary pain point, pushing scripts manually from the devices tab to all devices is also not ideal. I am aware of ways to do this elsewhere, but I used to live in devices and want to be a cranky old man and have it the way it used to be lol.

commentedThe ability to add and remove columns of information is my top priority. There's a bunch of info that I wish was present and I could sort devices with. Letting us add some of the many useful metrics add the custom fields we've created would be great.

commentedHard disk space over time would be a useful addition.
Finer grained CPU and Memory usage, last 5 mins would be good.

commentedWe need to have a table like view for devices. Currently each device takes up way too much screen real estate due to the fact that most of the content on the page is white. While this may be intended for a prettier look, I'm trying to use a tool here. The alerts can be consolidated by color - if there is an indicator of a certain color it can represent the alert being present. I don't need to see the "critical, warning, info" when viewing bulk devices. Simple colored circles with a number within them would suffice. i.e. Red for critical, orange for warning, yellow for info The availability can, again, be represented by color. If the device is offline - red. If the device is online - green. You could have this field in front of the device to clearly see if a device is online/offline without needing and entire field of "Availability" taking up a large chunk of space that can be used for alternative device data. The logos in front of the device needs to be a toggle or removed. I understand it visually allows me to see what company the device is with but it restricts the ability to view devices in a table form. We can read and/or make use of the filters, and or click on a customer to view devices by company. Pagination on specific customers with only 7-8 devices being displayed at a time is horrendous. While the search tool can certainly be used, I'd like to be able to customize how many devices are displaying on my screen at one time. Atera is a tool. I'd like to be able to use this tool as efficiently as possible. In it's current state, there's way too many workarounds that I need to use to get where I want to quickly.
