  1. Would it be possible to display the Atera Agent version in the device details in the top grey box. Have some sort of traffic light system for Up to date / needs updating (Minor update) / Out of date (Immediately needs updating) , An upgrade button next to it would be really helpful.

    A system report for this would also be helpful, but is not as essential.

    This has been flagged due to a large number of older clients on 1.8.0.3 going offline in January as the updates have not been applied and the security parameters/support having been changed.

  2. I saw there is no way to change the monitoring agent for multiple devices, i have to do it one by one it will be very helpful if i can do it in bulk

  3. When assigning an agent to a contact, it would be nice to be able to start typing the agent in to help find it. It would stop the endless scrolling of all the scattered agents allocated to a company.

  4. Mac OS free diskspace is sometimes reported incorrectly because some machines use a large amount of "purgeable" data. The terminal-based disk usage utility does not account for this type of data and simply may assume the disk is almost full, when in reality Mac OS does not report it that way since it will delete this purgeable data as soon as space is needed by the OS.

    Atera Agent should be able to differentiate this data type to more accurately report available disk space.

  6. Since it is possible to install linux based agents on linux devices please allow for the linux agent to also serve as a monitoring agent for SNMP, TCP and Generic devices.

  7. The ability to remotely access devices such as ILOs, Switches, Copiers, etc., directly from the console via the Atera agent would be greatly appreciated. This feature would enable more efficient and simplified management of these devices, thereby providing a smoother and more productive user experience.

  8. A quick-view for historical drive usage (like we currently have for CPU and RAM). This would allow for quick analysis of drive usage trends to see if there's a problem with any applications / services using up drive space suddenly.

  9. For the "Atera Agent uninstall prevention" please consider adding an "Uninstallation Code" to Prevent Local Admins from Removing the Atera Agent. This is done for many Agents in other products (Like KACE or Carbon Black agents, for example) to prevent Local Admins from removing these reporting Agents without IT Approval. Please heavily consider this as some environments have Local Admins.

  13. Have a way to customize parameters for Agent deployment. With Splashtop company's package deployment, you can customize many things when building the deployment package. But when using Atera to so the same, it builds a basic package and you cannot customize anything about it. Specifically we are looking to deploy the Atera agent but have the Splashtop settings for Enable Direct Connection be turned OFF, instead of the default of ON... Any help with this would be appreciated.

  14. We like the AI assistant but it has some room to grow. Currently, it locks up on most of our fleet. We use the F1 key for all kinds of things. It would be nice if we could change the AI to another shortcut because we cannot make this change we had to abandon the ai assistant altogether. Just thought others might be in the same situation and would like a change

  16. The notifications feature should be on Top of Priority, as many times we are working on other apps, and we didn't get notifications on desktop of browser as banner or sound nothing. Until we're back to the dashboard the request often goes away from customer side.

    Also, there should be option of setting different notifications for different sites, but on the first priority is the notification banner or sound at least, without that there's too much difficulty to resolve problems within the required timeframe.

    The possibility to find a computer by its DeviceGuid, so there will only be 1 result, if the computer is there – then we don’t need to run through more machines with same “machineName”

  18. I try to run an update automation but many of the PCs are not on at the time because of the type of office I support. (Day/Night and changing schedules)
    It would be great to tell an Agent to run updates the next time it re-connects to Atera and report back.
