  1. When creating a ticket, you have the initial contact, but like when you do a reply, it would be handy to have a field to add additional contacts into the ticket at the creation stage

  2. Being able to remove or edit default customization on tickets, customers, and contacts.

    Such as where organizations have certain policies in place and tickets created need to meet these policies.

  3. I've noticed that time entries always round down on the minute.

    So 1 minute 50 seconds shows as 1 minute on the time entry.
    I assume this is a visual thing on the ticket view and not how its calculated for contract billing.
    Because we can end up with times when we have a lot of small entries and if its rounded all of those down for the bill contract we could be losing out on a lot of time (money billable).

  4. An allowed domain list that would block any email from a domain not on the list. This would be very helpful in blocking unwanted tickets from being created and force your end users to use their business email to open and manage tickets. This would result in a much cleaner contacts list for those who wish to use the feature. In addition it would prevent phishing emails and such from hitting your ticketing system

  7. Actually in the settings there's the flag "Ticket cannot be reopened", the request is for a second flag as a title.

  8. Have the ability to categorise quick reply templates based on the tag.

    This would be useful to make the lists smaller and easier for tech's to select.

  9. Hi,
    We would like to prevent the automated e-mail info to the customer when a ticket status has been changed.
    We were already able to prevent the customer info upon creating a ticket, however the info e-mail about changing the status e.g. to "solved" will send an e-mail.

  10. When someone creates a ticket via email and cc's someone else, the other person usually replies back and we then have a second ticket created with RE: or FW: infront of the subject line, as the cc'd person did not receive the ticket created response with ticket # etc. there should be a way to have the system automatically detect this and merge it into the correct ticket

  11. I really wish we had the ability to edit an internal note. In the event of an error, it would be nice to be able to hit an edit button and change an internal note.

  12. Having the ability to paste code into a ticket reply or internal note would be immensely helpful. It would be nice to be able to paste code into my ticket notes and easily copy it for future use.

    Could be implemented similarly to how Discord or Slack by surrounding the text with backticks

  17. Ticket filtering works great, but it would be extremely helpful to add a couple of fields to the filter options. 1. keyword 2. User name.

    I know you can search for a keyword, but there isn't the ability to check off and merge tickets (or some of the other features you get with filter results) from within the search results. The same for User. I can search for a specific user's tickets, but there isn't the ability to check off and merge/manipulate tickets like you can do with the filters.

    An alternative solution would be to enhance the Search results…

  18. It would be very helpful to be able to create default tickets.
    E.g. 'OneDrive Issue' 'New user/leaver' 'Equipment request' 'Email issue' etc.

    As of today we can only edit or create new fields, which I don't think is very user-friendly.

    Many other service desk platforms have already this basic feature, and I'm sure it would be beneficial for many of us.

  19. For products and services add a few more fields to product settings:
    a) Qty on hand
    b) Serial numbers
    This way if a tech creates a ticket and adds outgoing hardware like a laptop they can choose the model from the product list and choose which serial they are pulling from inventory. If there isn't enough qty they wont be able to add the product. Admin can replenish the qty on hand as they order product.
