  2. We would love to see integration with Freshdesk CRM.
    For example: Automatic ticket opening in case of alerts, option for remote control directly from the ticket page. and so..

  4. Integration with cloud provider Giacom. They do have an API I believe and integrate with other provides such as Datto. Would be great when ordering 365 licences etc if it could be done direct from the Atera console.

  7. Lancom is a german based manufacturer for network eqipment.
    An integration with the Lancom Management Cloud would be fine.
    Sync devices, alerts and so on.

  9. Please Provide some integration with Freshbooks. Currently we have to use a separate ticketing program (SherpaDesk) because it integrates with Freshbooks

  10. Please add some type of security (SOC) management integration such as CyberRocket SOC.
    This will give you a huge edge on competition.

  12. When fetching Alerts via the Atera GET alerts API endpoint, allow us to specify a CustomerID - otherwise, we need to fetch ALL alerts and then filter at our end which is inefficient for both Atera and the consuming client :)

  13. Currently, its possible to check the online status of Agents, TCP Devices, SNMP Devices, and HTTP Devices via an API Call, but for some reason Generic Devices do not have any indication of their online status.

    We just need an "Online" property on generic devices like all the other devices.

  14. We've started using ScalePad. I know Atera integrates with them already, however, their Software monitoring doesn't currently work with Atera. They current integrate with ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, Ninja, N-able, Cisco, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. I love using Atera and do not want to sign up for 1 license on another RMM to install it on everything just to use this feature. Thanks!

  15. Mission Control (https://www.missioncontrolnoc.com/) is a North American based help desk and NOC outsourcing service. They currently only support integrations with Syncro and Autotask. We would like to use their services but we don't want to switch to Syncro. It would be extremely helpful it this integration and others were made a priority.

  20. Actually there is no way go get data in the field RateID querying API, so is not possible to import ticket data to a custom ERP.
    Without this field is not possible to create invoices
