  1. Go cardless (in the UK) is one of the only ways to set up direct debits (automated monthly payments)
    For customers with contracta this being integrated, even linking their account to the customer and if they cancel it limits there benefits

  2. It would be great to have RustDesk as an alternative to Splashtop/AnyDesk/TeamViewer/Screenconnect.

    If possible best would be to have the option to also use an onprem rustdesk server.

  6. This would be a good app integration, I use this for a number of windows endpoints that are in use by the public use. A reboot and the PC is set back to its original state. They have several offerings, a standard suite and an enterprise suite. This would be a good addition.

  7. Another push for Freshbooks integration, it looks like its been over 2 years since it was last commented on.
    I don't know if there was an API before, but there definitely is one now:

  13. This has already been intergraded but not at the level it could be users, devices, agent install. Users are already assigned devices automatically in Intune you could easily pull that data and match it to the devices you have.

  14. Would be great to have a direct connection with iDrive's Helpdesk RemotePC. Would be a simple integration and provide an acceptable / affordable alternative remote connection method as SplashTop has its issues and so does AnyDesk.

  19. It would be nice to have something like Zoho Assist integrated as an alternative to Splashtop SOS, as Zoho even has a free option, which would be perfect for someone who only occasionally needs use an attended log in, and doesn't want to pay for a full Splashtop SOS account.

  20. Would be great if Atera was able to setup a LDAP server that we can configure windows/mac devices to connect to for OS authentication.

    Something like setting up an OpenLDAP server and using pGina to enable authentication for operating systems. This would eliminate the need for folks like myself having to worry about a AD solution just to manage user accounts for all my clients. That way we can have a global repository for every client and configure permissions accordingly.
