  2. Id like to see some sort of reporting capabilities other than the metrics monitoring a piece of hardware's up time in a week, month etc. Basically, the employees that work from home I need to know at least the up time of their unit in a working day in a report format per device

  3. Time sheet report : give the possibility to display only date without hours.
    When I encode time on a ticket, sometimes I encode only a duration, not a begin and end hour. So when I print the report the hour shown in begin and end date is not relevant. Thanks for your attention.

  4. Currently, we have scheduled all patch automation feedback to send them to our customers "once a month". This works quite well as long as the first week is also the first dates:
    Problem is, if e.g. 1st of June is on Wednesday and the report will be sent then, the feedback is empty because the day before nothing was patched (it will be patched on first Tuesday of month)

    This is miserable from Atera that it is that difficult to implement a feature that is working and makes sense.

    • Cool that Atera can schedule reports
    • Cannot schedule reports on right…

  5. User activity or when they are logged in and for how long etc. would be a real bonus with this software. The data is there, basically I would like to see when and for how long each PC/User is logged on especially now with people working at home

  6. Please add a column for Last Logged User to the default output of the Software Inventory Report for detailed excel export in the Devices tab.

    Right now, I have to export a detailed excel report then go into the customer profile to see the last logged user and manually add them. It is very time consuming, especially if several different software changes were made to several machines between report runs. Having this column added by default would make it alot faster.

    This is my very specific request.

  7. A report to display the below for a customer
    1. How many tickets that was opened during a period
    2. Type of ticket that was opened for example incident, request or change etc
    3. Type of ticked example email or phone
    4. Product example backup, security, the ones you create under Product Family
    5. Not have any billing info as this report will get sent to customer.

  8. When pulling a report on Microsoft licensing, not all licenses are found. "Windows Embedded" OSs are not included in the report if they don't have a version number. It would be useful to see all licenses, even if they don't have a version number.

  10. Utilising the Idle/active time on the 'user activity' module. It would be good to be able to produce a report that shows if the computer has been 'active' or 'idle' during a day - this relates to WFH users who remote desktop into their computers.

  11. Software Inventory Reports - Device Name Missing
    When we view Software Inventory Reports in Atera, we can click the pop out icon under the Number of Devices column to view the device(s) that the software is on, but when we export a report, we don't see the device(s). For my team, this typically leads to me going back into Atera to find that information whenever we're reviewing licensing, tracking down rogue programs, planning to onboard a new client, etc., and then manually adding that in a spreadsheet.

  13. It would be great if we could run an open tickets report and export to CSV that shows the open ticket numbers, Assigned Tech, Customer name, Date opened, Date last modified, and time entries. Being able to have the report run every week at a predetermined date and time and then emailed to a specific email.

  14. There should be an "Export list" option on every query. For example, I need a list of all Devices for a specific Customer, showing the Device name and availability. The Auditor report doesn't even provide the Online/Offline status.

  15. Hi, Would like Block Contracts Balance Report to show all hours used even when the ticket is open. Today the balance report only shows hours used when the tickets are closed. Would like to show open tickets time entry's also

  16. Auditor: when I export it to excel, the name is called auditor #5. I want customer name to be shown on the name of the excel. Lot of information on the report itself that I don’t need and need to remove before I send to the client

  17. We need to be able to set a custom resolved date. In the event that you fall behind on ticket notes and attempt to put a ticket in the following month example say you do the ticket on the 28th and put the ticket information in on the 3rd of the next month your Report for block contract hours will be wrong every time. I found a ticket I thought I had put in and had to go back and do it later. It turns out the report looks at the date resolved for time calculation however I need the…

  18. Similar to the Auditor Report, we would like to have an executive summary report that combines auditor report and patch status summary as well as other reports that we can add or remove when required.
    It would also be very handy if we can remove specific elements from a report e.g. remove Mac computers if they don't exist on the network or Server Distribution etc. and most importantly have this report sent with a PDF attachment.

  19. Add a report to find duplicate machines based on serial number or Mac address and offer to delete or merge them (Useful when someone has rebuilt a machine with a different name and has forgotten to remove the old one from Atera)

  20. Add a report or create a filter which allows users to filter devices which have been offline for more than X days in order to delete old devices out of Atera.
    Better overview of devices which are active on customer's site.
