block contracts show all used hours even when open
Hi, Would like Block Contracts Balance Report to show all hours used even when the ticket is open. Today the balance report only shows hours used when the tickets are closed. Would like to show open tickets time entry's also

Currently, when have a block of hours contract, the hours worked on a ticket for a particular client only counts the worked hours if the ticket is "closed" or "resolved" when we generate the "Block Contracts Balance" report, however it would be good to have a way to count the hours worked on a project that is not necessarily closed. For example: The job is to install 10 new computers on the network and the contract is for 5 hours per month. We spend 7 hours on the month but did not finish installing all computers so the ticket is not closed yet. The report should show the overage of 2 hours on that month so we can invoice the client for the extra hours, and start a new period of 5 hours on the next month. In other words, we would like the worked hours to be computed on the report even if the ticket is not closed. Perhaps create a new type of ticket ("project" for example)?
