Favorites should be easier to get to and personal
Make favorites easier and more personal. It takes longer to get to a favorite than to search for it the normal way. Also, favorites should be agent specific (or have a separate "agent" favorites?). My favorites are not the same as everybody else in the group.

SNMP Table
We would like the ability to add OIDs as columns to the Devices Table for viewing multiple SNMP devices and their OID values.

Adjust the timeout period when machines go offline.
When machines go offline I would like to be able to reduce the time it takes to show the machine as offline in the dashboard. Right now it is 3-5 minutes. I would like to be able to manually specify this timeout period.

Make Fit to table width save in a view
It would be nice to have the "Fit to Table Width" option save with a custom view. We swap devices a lot in our environment, and to have that auto adjust along with the view would be great!

Widget
This is not a original idea or though, but one I would like to see implemented in your software suite as I know having this feature will enable better logging, auditing, and tracking of jobs by technicians.
I would like a chart/graph ability or widget that I can then customize to track certain metrics. For instance, I would like to make a pie chart of all the tickets I've worked.
I would like to do this for all technicians so that the organization as a whole can see who did what, what kind of ticket, etc. If you need a…

Make Browser Tab Titles Useful
right now, every browser tab with Atera is "Atera - RMM Software | PSA & Remote Access for MSPs"
This is pointless, What it should do is contain context as the first order of business.
In the dashboard? it should say "Dashboard"
In devices tab? it should say "Devices"
In a client? how about the client name?
In a device itself? how about Device name, client name?
In an advanced report? why not put the report name there?

OID fast add monitor & edit monitor

I hope you can realize this.In the list of OIDs displayed per monitored SNMP device, in addition to the edit button (which unfortunately only modifies the name) and delete... can add an "add monitor" button so as to avoid 10 clicks and immediately arrive at the page of the selected monitor to be inserted?
In the sequence of monitored OIDs, in addition to "delete the selected" add an EDIT button that actually allows you to modify the parameters while maintaining that specific OID.
Nobody likes wasting time, but in many ways Atera's interface seems designed specifically to waste…

QOL improvements to search results
when I search for devices? I get 3 or 15 devices.
can we just display more info? like local IP address? - maybe make it configurable as a default?
I might also want to see a custom field contents so that we dont need to click through

"Last Seen" field on devices screen and export
Add the device's "Last Seen" field as a column on the devices screen and export.
I use this to ensure that employees are adhering to IT policies

Simple Device Availability View
Like "Availability Monitoring" but with No Notifications.
Just a simple Widget like Availability Monitoring that shows how many computers are online and how many computers are offline including if it is a Server, PC, Mac, Linux exactly the same widget, Just no Notifications.

Search box for custom made filters, or filters in general.
A search field that applies to whatever filter view you're currently in, for users with a lot of tickets in their queue.
Example, Search Unassigned Tickets, or seach Closed Tickets straight from the ticket view tab.

Refer a friend - stop the pop up please
Option to turn this pop up off if you get near it with the mouse you can't simply click elsewhere but have to Esc to get rid of it - it's incredibly annoying, move far out of the way or allow a user to permanently stop the pop up please.,

suspend alerts
Currently, you can suspend alerts from device > manage > suspend alerts. It would be really great if we could do the same thing on a selected set of devices, rather than going to each device when we need to run maintenance on several workstations or servers at the same time.

Design your own "Pane of Glass"
Atera wants to be able to be a "Single Pane of Glass" but in reality we're going to have other sites that provide us data we need on a daily basis. Thing of my Ubiquiti Unifi dashboard, etc. If we could input a page URL for a pane on our Dashboard that shows a live view of our logged-in dashboard from another site. This would be a quick way to get to any other site's data or stats in a quick glance instead of keeping a tab opon on your browser all the time - PLUS then Atera could market…

Dashboard - Compliance/Health Widgets
The Dashboard should have widgets for a compliance overview. Clients missing critical & security updates. Clients missing Anti-Virus software, or disabled/stopped, behind AV updates. Windows Firewall status active/disabled.

Tree View Organization of Devices
It would be much more neater for the "Device" tab you guys chnaged the Web GUI to have company treeview of devices. Then from there the devices organized into folder. High level you are greeted with companies then expand to organized folders such as Tech defined AD Servers, Database Servers, Sales Desktops, Sales Laptop
That way for cleaner and simpler access to the computers you need without needing to create 100s of save views.

It might be quite usefull, if the supporter was able to send a "dingdong" or something in an active support session. With that you can let the customer know, that he has to look on the screen.

Customizable Dashboard for metric tracking
I would like to be able to see tracking metrics per tech, response time, etc in a dash board. How many tickets were closed per tech per day. Currently it only shows bulk tickets / open closed with out any details.

Enlarge Metrics
This is a very useful tool. The recent change shrunk the size of the Metric widget on the dashboard. When viewing 1 week or 1 month it gets jumbled and is about useless.
