  2. When viewing a client system's Event Log through Devices -> [Deivce Name]-> Manage -> Event Viewer -> System, you have the drop down menu option to choose the number of records you want to view from 50 to 1000.

    On ALL my client systems, the installed Atera agent logs Event ID 7045 just about every minute. Since this Atera agent event mainly consumes the System Event Log, the max Display option of 1000 records is not enough to view "real" records that are more than 18 - 24 hours old.

  3. Bulk Add Custom Field Parameters Via CSV Import.
    Currently, when a new custom field is created, that field has to be filled out one device at a time by browsing to each device page. This takes way too much time. It would be much easier to be able to export a device list with the custom field(s) as a column in a CSV and then fill out the CSV and import to update the devices' customer field(s).

  4. Under device, it would be nice to see under "contact" : assign contact for those devices that are not properly assigned. Would be easier to assign it there.

  5. Software inventory needs more accurate information. I install software but when running Advanced Conditions from the Devices section, they do not work reliably. If I manually do a Software Inventory operation, then go back, it will apply the filter properly. The refreshing is tedious, especially with hundreds or thousands of devices.

  6. I am trying to gather information on all devices which do not have TPM 2.0. I saw someone asked about this earlier but I would like to addon to it. I would also like to see the TPM 2.0 TPM 1.2 and No TPM option in the Devices > Filters > advanced Filter > first option to narrow PC results.

  9. Currently there is a limit to how many items can be in a policy this is between 30 and 50 as sometimes it works and some times it doesnt (Ateras Words).

    As we cant apply multiple policys can we then increase the amount of items per policy.

  14. Only fire an alert if a site is down X number of polling attempts. Right now, there's a lot of noise in the signal with sites being "down" for only one poll attempt, so alerts are being ignored.

  16. If we can broadcast message to specific client, we can remind them to leave their computer on over night so scheduled update would be run. Or if there is a scam email being send to everyone in the organization, we could let them know to delete the message. As Atera agent already installed on all the machines, pushing a pop up message would help to reach many users quickly.

  19. You should be able to install an agent on a device and the system should be able to assign it to the correct customer based on the domain of the customer or some other attribute in the customer details
