  1. Under each company, my "Favorites" list should not be the same as other Atera users Favorites list. In some cases, certain roles don't have or shouldn't have access to the same machines even, so our Favorites list should not be the same.

  2. I can't find the ability to connect to an SNMP agentless device thru its own management interface (like http or telnet).
    I suggest: 1 promote a remote agent as a "gateway node" 2 in rmm web interface assign SNMP device to this remote agent becomed gateway 3 in rmm web interface on SNMP device configure the management port number and type (for example 80 http) 4 a connect button appears on SNMP device in rmm 5 clicking the button it opens a piece of software on my pc that opens an http tunnel between remote SNMP device and my local…

  3. In some cases, it would be nice to have the possibility to monitor the Performance and Temperatur of the GPU.
    In spacial when users are CAD users and there is a high performance GPU inside.

  6. File transfer needs to support more than 100mb files. Is this 2005?

    5gb file limit should be the minimum, preferably 10gb.

  7. If another tech is already connected to an agent, it would be great if it displayed who is accessing that agent in real-time

When you click on a device you can see the Metrics/Software/Hardware/Profiles etc. however you cannot see the recent processes that are running or have ran in the past on that device you are clicked on. The only way to see this to my knowledge is to click on reports and then go into Recent Processes. Can you add the ability to see recent processes when you click on a device? It would be nice to see a visual of the recent processes kind of like how you can see the cpu and memory metrics or hard drive space used. This…

  10. The ability to rename a device from the mobile app would be helpful. Many customers cycle staff frequently, the ability to rename a device while on-site from the mobile app would be greatly appreciated.

  11. Windows Updates needs an overall, it's very confusing when you look at the updates as to which machine has or has not done the updates. When you look at the machine it's missing alot of updates.

  13. It would be great to be able to extend the no reply ping period. I have some devices that do a reboot every week, this reboot should take longer than the default in Atera between 2 ping checks. it suddenly generates false alarms, and it is therefore time-consuming!

  14. Be able to know what devices have had their Helpdesk Agent "activated" so that the user can submit tickets. Hypothetically: Say I have 10 devices that I know were activated at some point. Then a few hours later, 10 new devices came on line and the Agent was installed for them, but the helpdesk agent was not activated yet. I'd like to see the first 10 devices have been activated, and the which of the new 10 still need to be activated. If I select all devices (under the customer’s devices) and mass ‘activate helpdesk agent’, I just want to…

  15. Have last logged user show current user logged in and to have it update with every user login that takes place. This will make searching for a device by user easier. Right now it seems as though it takes a long time for it to show the current user.

  18. Currently SNMP devices have a number of default monitors that are no9t shown on the interface.
    These need to be removed, or have the option of not using them.
    The ability to granularly add OIDs negates the need for them. I understand that some people may desire the defaults, so how about the option to not use them.

    I just went through the operation of creating MANY SNMP devices and templates, only to find that even on the devices I intentionally did NOT add monitored OIDs (Informational only) only to find that ALL of the devices need to be re-added…

  19. At the moment if you have a machine with multiple graphics cards in Atera will only list the first one it happens to find - which is not very useful. Please list all the graphics cards in a device.
