  1. Since it is possible to install linux based agents on linux devices please allow for the linux agent to also serve as a monitoring agent for SNMP, TCP and Generic devices.

  2. It would be nice to have Atera Agent text in other languages (in my case Italian). Curently it's unusable for most of my customers (they don't know english).

  3. I saw there is no way to change the monitoring agent for multiple devices, i have to do it one by one it will be very helpful if i can do it in bulk

  4. The Agent Name already grabs the Device Name of the PC automatically unless you manually edit the Agent Name once. Once you do that, it will never revert to the Device Name. Please allow Atera to have the Agent Name pulled from the PC Device Name again after the Agent Name has been edited. The workaround is to uninstall/reinstall Atera but that is not practical.

  5. It took myself and support (even including escalations) far too long to figure out that if an SNMP device has device availability turned off, it will not trigger alerts at all even if the monitored OID rules have been met.

    The monitored OIDs should always be functional and alerts generated, even if device availability monitoring is turned off. For instance, I do not need an alert when someone turns the printer off, but I do need an alert if it is low on toner.

  7. Want to monitor Agent Offline and Online past weekly or past monthly report

    Show the Customer name --> Device Name --> Online or offline status at past Sun - Sat with Green dot and red dot

    Online = Green ✔
    Offline = Red X

  8. add some interstep confirmation about number of agents to be deleted
    f.e. must enter no. of agents to be deleted (when selected more than 1 or even for 1 as well)

  13. Need Accesst to Registry Current User. Can you enable this in a future release. Currently that Tree and subtree is not available in your agent. Every other key is. Very surpised that it is not available as every other RMM I have used we can get to it.

  14. Automatically send an email when a computer is added to account by agent installation. Ideally, the default behavior would be configurable by the admin for all customers, but each customer could override the default behavior and even choose which email(s) to send the email to.

    This will trigger in-house procedures to finish onboarding new customers once they are in Atera.

  15. Password protect Atera Agent from being uninstalled. I have had several users uninstall the agent from their systems. Most do not recognize the software and remove it. Others are just nosy. And others see the new software added and remove it because they don't like control, "Big Brother" .

    I would like the option to place a check mark to turn on Password protection.

  16. Instead of just showing whether an agent is online/offline, should also indicate status of user, Kaseya has this feature.

    If agent is online:
    - user is logged in and active (actively working)
    - user is logged in and inactive (idle)
    - user is not logged in

  19. when calling https://app.atera.com/api/v3/agents?itemsInPage=50 it would be nice to have custom values attached to the agent returned in the agent json.

    currently i have to loop agents to collect custome values causing more api calls and over heads for a simple dashboard.

  20. Have a generic Atera Agent. This would speed up time having to select the correct business for the agent. The generic agent should be tied to the users Atera profile and prompt, in the app, to select the customer for the device added (displays device name).
