  1. i would like to assign a software bundle to a server. So when a softwarebundle is changed (application is added or removed), the server that is assigned to it, get those changes.

  2. Have atera compare serial number on device in order to make it easier to hunt down the same agent appearing twice or more because of reinstall of client.

    It would be nice with joint report that shows clearly what machines and to what customer they are connected. And also a auto cleanup cross all customers and for a single customer.

  4. Would it be possible to display the Atera Agent version in the device details in the top grey box. Have some sort of traffic light system for Up to date / needs updating (Minor update) / Out of date (Immediately needs updating) , An upgrade button next to it would be really helpful.

    A system report for this would also be helpful, but is not as essential.

    This has been flagged due to a large number of older clients on 1.8.0.3 going offline in January as the updates have not been applied and the security parameters/support having been changed.

  5. Allow the agent to gather and report any information (S/N, model number, manufacturer) on attached peripherals (mice, keyboard, etc) to allow IT departments to take inventory of these devices.

  6. Since it is possible to install linux based agents on linux devices please allow for the linux agent to also serve as a monitoring agent for SNMP, TCP and Generic devices.

We currently use the basic patch report but we would like to add more information to this report so I sat out to build a custom patch report in advanced reports only to find out that it is quite literally not possible because you are not able to count the amount of updates a computer needs in the advanced reporting section.

    I don't really understand how you can build the report in classic reports but you can't replicate it in advanced reporting.

  9. Currently, when using splashtop and chatting, the agent has no fallback of what was discussed. It would be great if you could integrate that into a current ticket, or if there is no ticket, create that for a new ticket as well. Also, tickets have a tab that can be listed as chat as an example

  10. Currently at the Moment the Atera agent only allows one install , when it installs it should have the company name on it too.

  11. The ability to remotely access devices such as ILOs, Switches, Copiers, etc., directly from the console via the Atera agent would be greatly appreciated. This feature would enable more efficient and simplified management of these devices, thereby providing a smoother and more productive user experience.

    Show the Customer name --> Device Name --> Online or offline status at past Sun - Sat with Green dot and red dot

  19. Need Accesst to Registry Current User. Can you enable this in a future release. Currently that Tree and subtree is not available in your agent. Every other key is. Very surpised that it is not available as every other RMM I have used we can get to it.

  20. How often does the web UI and agent communicate?

    Admittedly it's my own fault, but I often find myself working on an agent, shutting it down, and then forgetting that I still need it (or if I'm testing the Wake on LAN functionality before installing a PC). Sometimes I find myself waiting for up to 30 minutes before the web UI reports the device as offline, and so I can't use the Wake on LAN function as the web UI thinks the device is still online.

    Could we either…

    A) Increase the frequency the agent and web UI communicate/check-in

    B)…
