Warranty Information Collection
Since the Atera Agent already collects the Service Tag or Serial number it would be great if it could potentially record warranty information and/or display that on the device screen and incorporate that into the Audit report.

Use another agent as proxy or gateway for devices without internet access
Allow monitoring devices that have no internet gateway but which are in the same network than other atera agents with full internet access allowed. We have windows machines competely without default gateway entry. I think they will not be able to launch functions which need internet access but maybe we are able to monitor them by redirecting the monitoring information over an existing agent.

Availability Monitoring
Availability Monitoring - Control how often we receive alerts for a device that is offline. I can get an email alert almost every hour to let me know a device is still unavailable. After a weekend I can have up to 50 emails for a single device! If there are multiple servers offline then this is too much. We are having to turn off this feature at the moment because we just get spammed.

Display the current active user
The device display shows the "Last Logged User". But this information does not clearly indicate if the user is still logged in. It is often stale or incorrect, especially if more than one user is logged in.
Ideally, it should show the currently logged in user (the one that's active). And it should show their status (Active, Idle, etc...)

Streamline Agent for HelpDesk, Chat and Registration
Overall we're happy with Atera, but I after migrating from a competing solution I think the agent installation package could be enhanced. It would be better for everyone if perhaps the ability to opt into Helpdesk and/or Chat with a checkbox be added to the installer. Additionally if done silently, with a command line switch. It would also be handy if one could pre-register the HelpDesk for contacts. These enhancements would improve efficiency greatly.

Exclude retired devices from remote monitoring contract type
Contracts of the type "Remote Monitoring" currently includes all agents - also retired once. This means that a client will keep paying for unused clients.
I was told by support to manually check our hundreds of customers for "online since" devices and correct the billing every month.
There must be a way to exclude retired devices in the contract5 votes -
Linux text editor support in Terminal window
None of the Linux text editors (Nano, Vi, Vim, etc.) work in the Atera portal's Terminal window for Linux clients. It's not possible to support Linux computers without being able to edit scripts and config files, and the Atera agent for Linux provides no other way to do this.

Allow Linux computers the ability to be a monitoring agent for SNMP, Network Discovery, etc. devices?
We would like to put our own linux system at a users site to monitor SNMP instead of relying one of the clients systems.

System shutdowns should either report under the "Last Reboot Time" or in their own category.
I was told they are not the same, but it is basically the same. You want to know when the system was rebooted/shutdown. I had a client that hadn't rebooted, but they shutdown their machine every night. The system reports this as uptime, which is very wrong.

Allow agent to be installed silently via Intune
Pretty straightforward. Allow the Atera agent to be installed silently via Intune, like it could previously. The agent can be installed silently via GPO on a domain, and Intune / Azure AD is just the next iteration of that.

Remote Live View
Kaseya has this feature that allows an admin to view the user's screen without actually remote controlling in. This allows an admin to check if the user is actively working.

Remote
It would be ideal if we can remote into a computer as a different user and not take over the current user session. It would be nice to have this so we can run in another session in the background while the current user is able to stay logged into their current session.
Kind of like how two people can remote into a server at the same time.

Submitting ticket - agent registration
Having to register the agent on multiple workstation for each user AND in citrix makes my life very difficult. I would like for the agent to pick up the currently logged in user . This is what most other agents do. Or just allow the user to put in their email to submit.
Generally people just skip doing it and then when they need help they can't submit a ticket. It's very challenging to manage.
