  1. It would be great to get historic information for disk space (maybe as a report?) to see the trend for the last 6 months, rather than just the current free space.

    Coupled with that, it would be great to get a predicted mean time until full based on historic trend.

  2. It would be good to have a section that states what printer is installed on the machine inside the Agent page. This would make it easier when buidling new machines and we can know what printers to install.

  4. We would like the ability to print the Software Inventory for one device individually.

    This would save hours when onsite to replace a workstation to have a paper sheet to reference rather than dig through currently installed programs.

    Current reports allow me to print all software installed for a client, but not selective to an individual workstation.

  5. Show actual state of charge and if the device is connected to the power line if it is a mobile device. Nice to have.

  7. I really like the agent metrics graph when opening an agent device. It would super helpful if the graph could also show network usage (per adapter - wifi vs wired) and hard drive space usage over time. If a device is suddenly showing a full drive, it would nice to see the usage history. Especially if it suddenly got full over the past couple days.

  8. Dear Support,

    There should be bulk import of Custom Field for Agent using .CSV or .xslx formats.
    Currently we are able add custom field option for the agent but we have to manually enter the data. Since we have more than 1500 agents, the bulk import for custom field will be helpful.

  10. Most new laptops have GPS capabilities integrated. It would be great if Atera could collect this information. We would be able to click on an asset and see its location on a map. This would help locate missing inventory and/or track where the asset has been.

  11. When generating a new agent installer, after selecting the OS and assigning the new agent to a customer, the third step is to download it. Clicking the "Download" button works fine if we want to download the agent installer to the local computer and put it on a flash drive or something. Only problem with that is that there have been many occassions when I need to send the installer via e-mail, and most e-mail services block this file for security purposes, as it is an .exe file.   12. It frequently takes forever for an agent to come online. Sometimes even longer for Remote access to be available. This may be a Splashtop-only issue.
    Can a system Tray Icon be implemented with some basic functionality like Request Remote Assistance? Repair Atera Agent. Request chat.This would hopefully poke the system into recognizing an agent is online and available for Remote Control or whatever the customer seeks help with.

  13. I personally thing Atera should have its own Remote Desktop software in addition to having the integration of other 3rd party solution such as teamviewer, splastop etc. for those who have them and wish to use them.

    However i think having 1 complete solution provides easier management and smother running of system especially when it come to updates (sometimes splash top crash's or cant connect to agent)

    In addition to this, i am limited to the features using 3rd party remote solutions provide thought Atera, which means i have to pay Atera and another Subscription cost for a full version…

  17. Looking at the event log, I can see the AteraAgent service restarts every minute or so. This floods the windows event log with useless noise.

    Is it really necessary for the service to restart so frequently when there have been no configuration changes. If there are configuration changes, it should not be necessary for the service to restart. The only time that should be necessary is when the agent image itself has changed (like an upgrade).

  20. It would be nice to get alerts (perhaps this could be made a threshold) when a device is offline for a configurable amount of time (hours, days, weeks etc.)
    This would be great to see if there are devices that are customers use infrequently or not at all.
