SNMP monitoring,
We monitor all DiskUsage / Memory, CPU, Network bandwidth Usage type OIDs on servers / switches / routor or any other SNMP device.
It would be very relevant to allow the activation or not of a historical graph of each supervised OID in order to be able to do troubleshooting or proactive supervision
Current SNMP monitoring is so incomplete without this essential functionality !!! We would like have some graph same as prtg/nagios/NMP/graphana/ or other

Some consumer devices support SNMPv3, but dont allow users the ability to change or blank the "Context Name" option.
Since there is no option to define a Context Name in Atera, its impossible to use SNMPv3 with these devices. Please add the option to define a context name so the latest security standards can be used. -

SNMP library given by Atera directly instead of going and searching for it online

Currently, we can only pause the alerts of the monitoring agent which will pause the SNMP device alerts as well. So, add pausing of alerts of SNMP devices
Some use-cases: device is in reboot-loop or device is in maintenance

Currently, there is no option to look for SNMP OIDs in the search.
Especially useful when there are some vulnerabilities open (search for firmware)

For example VMware will expose the used value of the datastore, and the total size, so to get used space you need to subtract hrStorageUsed.1 from hrStorageSize.2 to give total used value. This could then be monitored as a rule within Atera.

It would be great if Atera could store the history of OIDs so we could see some historical data on the monitored OID

agreed, my tech does not need to have full control of the account to do some basic tasks that I need him to do like setup monitoring and other devices. We need full range of permissions to turn on or off without giving them the ability to remove myself from my own account!

In Device view it would be nice to click on a monitored OID and get a graph of the last 24hrs

Need a new threshold type where you can compare the previous value to the new value and alarm based on a delta.
I.E. on a WAP if the number of connected users drops by a value or a percentage

Lots of systems have multiple interfaces for monitoring, particularly enterprise hardware. As one example, we have the Agent installed on a HP server. The HP server also has an iLO interface, we would like to add OID's to monitor the array, disk smart status, temps etc.
Currently we have to duplicate servers, once with Agent install and again as a SNMP device to monitor hardware. This is not ideal as the device list gets messy.
In Zabbix you can add multiple monitoring methods to a single device (eg; Agent, SNMP, IPMI, etc etc).

If you import a large SNMP template and want to delete unnecessary OID's, you have to delete one by one, confirming the 'yes' prompt every OID.
Add checkboxes so that you can select multiple OID's and perform actions (eg; delete) in bulk.

Currently can only admins create etc, SNMP and TCP devices. It should be fair if non Atera admin could do that general technician task.
