More than 9 months gone and no further information on what's going on with this idea and others from automation profiles.
These advanced options are still a must-have. Other RMMs are ahead of Atera, again.

Add abbility to auto-assign devices into folders of customer, e.g. Win10 device --> folder "Workstations" or Win Server 2022 --> folder "Server"
Currently, there are always some devices which are not in the correct folder because you have to assign them manually. Atera RMM stands for automation so this is a must-have.
It is an important feature for us.

Currently, we can only pause the alerts of the monitoring agent which will pause the SNMP device alerts as well. So, add pausing of alerts of SNMP devices
Some use-cases: device is in reboot-loop or device is in maintenance

Currently, there is no option to look for SNMP OIDs in the search.
Especially useful when there are some vulnerabilities open (search for firmware)

This is critical to us as well
Additionally, we need the option to add a comment why it is paused (e.g. not connected to switch, temporary down until replacement). The comment needs to be seen clearly so that everyone in the team is informed about the pause

More than one year gone and no answer of Atera whatsoever. It is frustrating that other RMMs even have some supplier-MIBs integrated and Atera has no real SNMP monitoring available with templates or custom import
