    I just post a suggestion litle different than you but with the same meaning...

    To planify the monitoring and exclude some periods to the monitoring to avoid fake alert due to a planned reboot

    I think our ideas have the same meeaning eventought your apporch is a good way too.

    I just think we need to avoding the alert before his generating and not treat it after... But i aggreed in some case for a non planified task an auto closing ticket when are solved can be a good way..

    Same as other people This option is really important to used efficiently our interface....
    When we have some maintenance action (Backup or other scheduled) the interface sended us a lot of false alerts...
    More complex rules with time or condition can be granularized into true or false alerts

    SNMP monitoring,

    We monitor all DiskUsage / Memory, CPU, Network bandwidth Usage type OIDs on servers / switches / routor or any other SNMP device.

    It would be very relevant to allow the activation or not of a historical graph of each supervised OID in order to be able to do troubleshooting or proactive supervision

    Current SNMP monitoring is so incomplete without this essential functionality !!! We would like have some graph same as prtg/nagios/NMP/graphana/ or other
