The report function lacks seriously in all departments. I tried to pull a report for each custmer to see the tickets. And the only report is Timesheets.
Reporting should be of top priority as this is what customers see. The following report will be as an advantage
Total tickets for a customer per day and week and month
This must include time of tickets created and resolved
The report should contaion the resolution of said tickets
This is just one of the reports. We are considering moving as this has become a function our clients want!

We are planning to embed Looker by Google, the industry leading tool for report generation. With this enhancement, a new set of reports will be made available to view on our Growth and Power tiers. Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.

WTF. These BASIC things should already be a part of the program and be available for every user!
So now the smaller IT companies are getting nothing, pff thanks Atera .. for Nothing... Just a new way of making money... just like the still very overpriced network discovery (which also should be free of charge).
