    This feature could be showing tickets in kanban mode ? Like we could do it in Microsoft planner ? We could organize them in several columns.

    NOTE : when a conversation of a ticket contains images, the look is good, images are displayed correctly. The problem occurs on articles of the knowledge base.

    I remember when I used Tempo, it was nice to have 'his week' with the tickets, the customers, the time entries and the possibility to add or modify an entry directly.
