we would like to set the custom field from the mobile App
it's currently not implemented

We are happy to inform that based on your suggestion, we recently released a new version with the option to view and change the custom fields in a ticket.

Can "Custom fields" be made available in Contacts and Companies on the app please.

This is a biggie for me now because I use custom fields to determine things like whether or not to send e-mail notifications or even the customer survey after resolving or closing a ticket. Being able to set these fields in the mobile app would be a HUGE boost to my productivity and workflow.

This would be super useful. Specially for mandatory custom fields. Without this we cant open tickets from mobile.
