I'm back here...almost a year later, with no update or progress from the Atera team. I'm pleading for a way to be found to integrate this accounting platform.

This integration has been grayed out on Atera's website as a "coming soon" for a while now. I would love to see this come true. Wave has been a tremendous resource in helping keep track of my income and expenses. Invoicing through their would be a plus as I use Wave to invoice for services not logged as tickets in Atera as well.

I'm surprised this idea hasn't gotten more votes. I posted a similar idea as most platforms I've used or tried allow for easy changing of end user or company.

I'm chiming in as well. For all of the add-ons you have been featuring, I think that a pre-requisite should be an ability to DIRECTLY integrate with your platform, be it the RMM or the PSA side. For now, I'll just have to deal with a clumsy e-mail into Atera as an unassigned ticket and have to manually direct it from there.
