I'm chiming in as well. For all of the add-ons you have been featuring, I think that a pre-requisite should be an ability to DIRECTLY integrate with your platform, be it the RMM or the PSA side. For now, I'll just have to deal with a clumsy e-mail into Atera as an unassigned ticket and have to manually direct it from there.

This would be a great addition and a much-needed integration in Atera. Domotz is our go-to Hardware Network Monitoring solution and is great for SNMP monitoring and whole bunch of other tools. Domotz's support is top-notch, and they already integrate with Datto, Syncro, ConnectWise, Kaseya, ITGlue, Hudu, Merkai, WatchGuard, Teams and Ubiquiti/HostiFi. Cannot stress how helpful this will be!
