Gibt es hierzu einen neuen Stand ohne einen Drittanbieter zu nehmen?

This could be implemented by expanding the Knowledgebase functions that are already present, but targeted at IT visible only documentation for e.g. password, token, and config info related to specific software, clients, and users. Why not keep the relevant info in Atera where we are managing tickets and devices?

Documentation is becoming increasingly important. I think Atera's own solution would make the most sense. It would be practical to be able to add your own fields. The documentation should also be able to represent a complete organization including passwords. This should be reportable. It is more than overdue that Atera offers a solution without third-party providers.

This is absolutely a need right now. We are struggling with terribly expensive options that fall massively short for documentation (See IT Glue). Please add some of these critical features so that we don't have deal with trying to integrate half baked 3rd party solutions. Most of the information that acts as a base in IT Documentation is already present in Atera, and the agents reporting information back would allow for constant updates on most of those metrics.

This would be amazing, the ultimate Management and Monitoring implementation. Right now we use onenote and struggle having different platforms to store the client data, it will be great to have a Tab where you can save all the information for a client, their network, their emails, local users and passwords, antivirus , firewall info, etc. Easy to access to the tech as well

yes hudu is great - something similar to what they did with connectwise would be great
i.e the ability to see hudu in atera

I second the two-way sync with Hudu idea.

We would love this. Everything is now in onenote with password protection.. Would love to implement it in Atera. It is also a good thing for Atera self.. As that we as customer are more and more implemented to the system

I am struggling to find a good way to store customers credentials. This would be useful for allowing other techs in my firm access to this information to better serve our customers. I have spent some time with the current password storage area in Atera, but the workflow of entering information is not very efficient. A way to import such data would be nice.

365 integration would be nice. I'd be happy with a sharepoint > document library that just uses customer ID on a folder to keep it all organised that's what I do with most systems now.
Then we can integrate flow etc to do clever stuff straight off the back of it. -

If implemented Markdown support would be awesome.

Vote from me. Just a notes tab in the customer section would be ideal. I often need to take notes such as backup schedules or just things that jog my memory. Plain text area would be all it takes.

I know you guys currently Integrate with IT Glue but it would be awesome to be able to sync over documentation so we can then use that documentation for the knowledgebase.
