  1. It would be nice to have a general AnyDesk download link to share on our website or with customers not having their device in Atera. something like sos.splashtop.com but for AnySesk.
    Likewise would be nice to have a quick connect option for AnyDesk in Atera, as we already have a valid license for it

  2. Ability to have the retired device sync with what we see on Webroot. If there is a retired a device on Atera, on Webroot, that device is still listed over there. Would be nice to have it synched

  4. BrightGauge Intergration would be very helpful. It will allow CEO's and CISO's to see how their IT department is performing. Also we will be able to create custom report and gauges per customer to fit their needs.

  6. I want to be able to integrate applications like BeyondTrust or any other privilege management application into Atera. If a user needs elevated privileges to install a program, without admins having to remote in, I want a notification from the privilege app to be sent directly to Atera's Help Desk. I want to be able to communicate to the Customer through Atera to provide elevated privileges.

  7. Please add an Integration to https://www.lexoffice.de/. It's one of the largest accounting tools for freelancers and small companies in Germany.

    • sync Kontakts between Atera and lexoffice
    • send invoices to lexoffice and generate them in lexoffice with the tracked times etc. from atera

  12. Make the Splashtop printer installation optional. The Splashtop printer confuses some of my clients and it is not needed on those PCs anyway. Splashtop is a little more reliable to me than AnyDesk but I need to lose those printers.

  13. It will be nice If you can integrate with "Genuity".
    Genuity is covering, and complimenting everything that Atera is lacking at.
    For example Asset tracking including warranty information and systems age.
    Saas and Vendor Contract management and tracking. with financial aspect for bot tracking segments.
    subscription is $30 per month for unlimited assists!!! If Atera can get their act together and provide us with the features that we requested for so long I am sure we will pay Atera the extra $30 per month.

  14. Integration with password management platform Hudu. Instead of using Atera's password manager, it would be useful to link within Atera a password stored in Hudu so we can see all from one platform.

  15. Integration with AlertOps or PagerDuty. This would allow notification by email, SMS, or phone call when a trouble ticket has been submitted in Atera. PagerDuty and AlertOps are used for on-call scheduling of technicians and for after normal business hours notification of new trouble tickets.

  18. Integration with Microsoft LAPS
    To gain elevated access to a remote computer, the MS LAPS UI tool must be used to query the temporary password for that system. Once the password is known, it would be great to have it configured within the remote IT support tool to continue.

  19. It would be good to be able to recover message history from splashtop remote help sessions. I have a billing dispute with a client where i need to show them the time spent on session as well as the chat history proving PEBKAC.
