Integrate with a PCI / Compliance scanning tool which will scan devices for sensitive info.
Tool will scan servers and PCs for sensitive files containing SS#, DL#, Card Info, etc.
A report will be generated for each device along with a .txt file containing a list of file paths, which could be then feed into a script or encryption system.What about a tool which would encrypt sensitive documents and provide key management to end user as well as a back door for IT or designated key custodian.

It would be great to have RustDesk as an alternative to Splashtop/AnyDesk/TeamViewer/Screenconnect.
If possible best would be to have the option to also use an onprem rustdesk server.

bitdefender integrity monitoring
Bit-defender has Integrity Monitoring which is a great security feature, upon inquiring with bit-defender and confirmation from Atera support this feature isn't available for instances integrated with Atera. We can see the Integrity Monitoring but unable to apply any of the rules.
Need this to be turned on to meet PCI requirements and enhance overall end-points security.62 votes -
PandaDoc
PandaDoc is an amazing platform for document creation, e-sign, quote builder, has tons of community-made templates, and lots of other features. Since I only see 1 option for document creation and e-sign in the application store, this would be a welcome addition. Being able to pull in contract rates to a pandadoc quote builder document, MSA, SLA, SOW, etc would be an awesome feature!

ScreenConnect
I would like the ability to reference 1 install per customer or to be able to just connect to ScreenConnect with an Atera account. This could be as simple as automating the process for remote accessing a PC in ScreenConnect or allowing for there to be 1 ScreenConnect install per customer. This would allow us to stay organized in ScreenConnect while also allowing us to integrate our applications for ease of use. Integration sync prefilled main contact name and surname
When synchronising contacts, e.g. to BitDefender, not only should the e-mail address of the main contact be pre-filled, but the first name and surname should also be transferred directly.

Guardz Add-on
Guardz is an Israeli-based company and can go a long way toward being a turn-key solution for security compliance. It provides fantastic data for Annual Security Risk Assessments and Compliance standards. Would be great if we were able to leverage this through Atera as part of your offering!

Zoho Assist
It would be nice to have something like Zoho Assist integrated as an alternative to Splashtop SOS, as Zoho even has a free option, which would be perfect for someone who only occasionally needs use an attended log in, and doesn't want to pay for a full Splashtop SOS account.
