global contracts
Global contracts that can be re-used by multiple customers. Ie - set up 'Break Fix' 'Project' 'Retainer' Etc and then just select which one is default for each customer. Unless I'm (and chat support) missing something. We need to create the same contract/s for each customer... which means that if terms ever change within the business we would then need to change each contract/s for each customer.

It would be great if I could review all the interactions (emails) to and from my customers through a Gmail CRM plugin. The plug-in could BCC the communication between you and the customer to a custom email address which appends the info in the email to the appropriate client's record. It would be great if the plug-in also allowed you to select the type of correspondence you are sending such as Sales, Support, or Follow-up.

Pagination for customers page.
Pagination for customers, if you have more than 600 customers that page takes over 30 seconds to load, so pagination is a MUST for larger customers.

Outage Alert
Create method to email all customers regarding an outage. Outages that comes to mind are Microsoft service outage or Internet outage in a region.

Disable contacts without deleting ticket history
I noticed that when I delete a contact. All tickets associated to that contact are also deleted. I would like to be able disable the contact and not lose all the ticket history.

Possibility of having same email address for 2 contacts
Ability to have the same email address for 2 contacts. Also, to be able to save a contact without an email

When navigating Clients, navigating back a page should keep me on the same page of devices.
When navigating a client's page, we will browse a few pages. If we go to an agent, and go back a page, it takes us to the first page of client devices. Please let us go back to the same page of devices that we started from.
It's a pain if I'm on page 3, checking uptime on each device, and it takes me back to the first page, every time.

Password Folders/ Sections
It would be nice to have separate Folders for Password. So that it is easier to manage and sort through the passwords.
Under Passwords we can have customizable folders with the different Password types. i.e. Windows Logins, Email, and so on

It should be nice to save photos about it room, special devices, servers, etc... with a little description. This could be interesting when you have to explain to your technician particular activities..
