Pull Customer Rank via API
Currently you can set a customer rank in the GUI, but this rank does not appear when pulling that customer via the API

There is a need for Record Bulk Update and Realignment
I have a large client with several hundred contacts. They have changed their email domain. We need a way to modify records in bulk. We also need a way to realign records. For example, we could use AD Sync to create new contacts with correct email addresses. However, we can't delete the old contact without losing the ticket history. The same is true when a technician gets a new email address.

Single contact for multiple clients
Allow one contact to be assigned to multiple clients.

Allow Contact to be Billable as well as Customers.
We have a lot of home users and I'd like to be able to bill them without setting up a customer for each.
I'd like to have a container for cash/adhoc customers (using unassigned currently)

i would like to add a system deploy or install date
I would like have a field in the agent windows that allows to put in a system deploy and warranty expiration date ( Age of the system). This would be a tremendous help for replacing systems in the field .

Password Import for Contacts
Add the ability to bulk import passwords either through the API or through a contact import using a CSV.
Currently there's no way to take previously generated passwords and attach them to existing customers. The password manager feature is great, but without being able to bulk import existing data it becomes incredibly difficult to maintain contacts. This would also be useful if passwords expire and need to be maintained.

in your free trial. This is a must add. being able to make sure this feature works before purchase will allow for quicker prospect purchases. I'm one of those prospects. I need to make sure everything works before I switch. I don't want to purchase then set it up and come to find out it doesn't work for my needs. So I did all that work for nothing

We Including CUSTOMER need to be able to have MulitMonitor Support. Atera is charging 5.00 for a WORK AT HOME its very striped down on features. In the Customer perspective my CLients need to have MultiMonitor Support

Customer Creation Templates
The ability to make customer templates so I don't have to create the same things over and over. For example I have separate folders each for laptop, workstations, and servers each with different thresholds and automation policies. It is a real pain that I have to re-create those manually every time I add a customer. Not to mention custom fields and other things.

send welcome message to contacts - anytime
Can you create a process to send the 'welcome message' with the portal and password to any new contact - maybe the contact was created through the import process or they can't find the original email with all the information they need to login.

A field to show how many devices each customer has would be great. We need an overview of device numbers per client on one page ie.

Banner with a note at the top of Customer Profile
Banner that pops up on when you open a client where you can add a note so the next technician that goes onto that customer can see what has been done as of last. IT glue does it.
