   We have a customer's computer whose disk is full and we currently do not have the ability to fix the problem. We get an alert about it every hour or two and we do not have the option to freeze the alert or even the Threshold Profile because it is set to the PC folder. I had the option to freeze for 5 hours but that was not enough. In fact 85% of the emails I receive from ATERA are alerted to the same malfunction.
